Super Hôtel !
Je conseille fortement.
Bien placé car à 2 minutes à pied d'une station métro U1 à 10 minutes du centre.
Excellent rapport qualité prix.
L'accueil est top.
Petit déjeuner super.
C'est propre.

made reservations at this facility, unfortunately I arrived 1/2 hour late after reception closed due to traffic on Austria’s motorways . Was no means to contact anyone just to scan some codes and you get connected to some answering machine.

I was given two room cards for my single room but only took on with me going out for supper. I was told to use the garage entrance after 8 pm.
Unfortunately the key card did not work and I had to wait in front of the hotel for 90 min before a nice security guard let me in.
Since it got dark and the area is not pleasant I felt very uncomfortable waiting.
On a positive note the breakfast service was very pleasant.

But please advice your guest to take always the two room keys and have a faster service to help guest that are locked out of the property.

Front has limited hours. If you need anything no one there to respond your concerns. Floors and carpets are old.

It was great staying at this hotel. We were on a family holiday and we all loved it. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location ( just about 5 minutes walk to the metro station). Also about 4 minutes to tram stop.
Free breakfast which was also good.
Nice and welcoming staff.

Everything was as good as expected, I would definitely stay here again, where I to come back to Wien

The only down side no tea or coffee making facilities in the room

It was great! We even had a fan during some of the hot days we were staying (so nice of the hotel staff to get us one)

The hotel is a convenient place to stay outside of Vienna and close to places I required for my visit and journey.

Nettes, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommene Hotel mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr Wiens.
Saubere und aufgeräumte Zimmer.
Bad und Toilette voneinander getrennt.

Hotel ist gut und sauber aber teppich im Zimmer dreckig und stinkt das ist einzige problem. Ansonsten super sauber klo dusche super sauber. Bett war auch bequem.

A good hotel, close to the metro station.

The single room on the top floor was just right for my arrival in Vienna. It was in close walking distance to other amenities I required. Breakfast was sufficient and enjoyable. I recommend staying here
