Celý podnik dělá skvělý personál.
Pros:

Od prvního pozdravu do rozloučení dělal atmosféru velmi příjemný personál. Paní u snídaně byla skvělá. Konkrétně bych chtěl poděkovat mladíkovi s tmavým vlasy na recepci. Velmi příjemný, doporučil nám ve městě výlet a choval se profesionálně.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit großem Bad. Alles soweit ok.
Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl - Prima.
Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

Am Abend lungerten diverse Gruppen in der Gegend ums Hotel herum. Da würde ich nicht gern allein durchlaufen...

Very nice hotel in Plzen
Pros:

Very nice hotel in Plzen, where the rooms are so big that you feel like living in your own flat. The room was clean and I liked the view from my window as it overlooked to the building of the JKT Theater. There is a stocked minibar in the room, prices are not cheap but not overly expensive either.
The bed was comfortable and I liked the dark curtains that blocked the sun in the morning.
The staff were nice, and the breakfast was great on the top floor. The selection is not the biggest, but you can find everything you need, there are warm products (fried eggs, sausages) and the usual cereals, cold cuts, cheese and boiled eggs. There are also vegetables and fruits and very tasty cakes. Coffee was great although the machine a bit slow.
The hotel was a short walk from the city center and from all the tram lines, and as I was coming with a train which stopped at Plzen Jizny Predmesti station, the hotel was to a nice walking distance from there. (it is a lot farther from the main station)

Cons:

A bit old fashioned, you get a huge key holder which is hard to put away in a pocket, especially if you are going to a concert at night.
There is no air conditioning unfortunately, but this seems to be true for almost all the accomodations in the region.
Luckily a fan was provided, which helped to survive the heat.

Excellent service and comfortable stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, the staff were incredibly responsive and flexible – they arranged an earlier breakfast for us without any issues. The underground parking was a big plus. Highly recommend!
