I think this is the best place to stay in Suzdal.
Booked family room 55 sq m. Two rooms. Very nice interior. Everything is available including waxing sponge for shoes.
The cleaning is well. The room is located at the last floor of the separate cottage.
The territory is big and well-maintained. A bit noisy from the street nearby. Sometimes marriage fest is possible. But everything will get over at 22:30.
Reception is friendly and respectful. As well as other personal of the hotel.
The breakfast is unexpectedly good during holidays, working days - a bit poorer. Breakfast is served up to 11 AM.
There are good gym and pool in the hotel. The price includes them.
We’ve paid 1000€ for 3 nights for 4 persons. Consider that quite reasonable.

There’re two good restaurants in a stone’s throw. Ogurets and Grafin. They’re recommended also.

Прекрасный отель. Лучше многих в европе, а про российскую глубинку- молчу. В принципе это 5 звезд. Нет только мини бара(но и не надо).. в общем все очень хорошо.. музыку бы живую не только в пятницу и субботу,а каждый день. И конечно не только классику, но и обычную, а то от 2ух часов классики голова плывет... МИНУСЫ- УЖАСАЮЩЕ ДЛЯ НАС ЖЕСТКАЯ КРОВАТЬ.. СПИНЫ БОЛЯТ ДО СИХ ПОР-по просьбе постелили доп одеяла на матрас(наматрасников никаких даже 5 см нет) -не помогло... но это как для кого по жесткости. А вот что хуже некуда --Это завтрак!!вот тут я бы снизила звездность до 3 звезд. Описывать не буду. Но в общем ничего нет покушать. Я 3 дня ела капустный салат с утра и сосиску... хотя в жизни сосиски не ем.
Бассейн большой 25 метров глубокий прыгать можно. Но детям никак. Совсем. Только тем кто профи:))плавает. Сауны финские сухие греют до 100... больше нет в спа ни джакузи ни доп бассейна... но все хорошо. Для взрослых. И УРА НЕТ ЛЮДЕЙ. АБСОЛЮТНО. НИКОГО.ПОЧТИ ВСЕГДА ПЛАВАЛИ ВДВОЕМ..

Решили заехать посмотреть Суздаль после отдыха в Нижнем Новгороде.

Неплохой отель, в котором стараются сделать отдых комфортным. Комфортные номера, большой спектр услуг. Из минусов - завтрак. Вполне , чтобы наестся, но не очень вкусно.

Все замечательно, начиная от интерьера, чистоты, удобства и заканчивая вкусным разнообразным завтраком. Не первый раз в этом отеле и точно не в последний!

직원들도 친절하고 아침 식사도 맛있습니다.
호텔이 리조트처럼 단지로 되어있어서 안전하고 조경도 훌륭합니다.
로비에서 피아노 라이브 연주를 들으며 쉴 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
방에서 눅눅한 냄새가 나지만 금방 적응 됩니다.

Нас заселили на -1 этаж, в подвал. В номере обшарпанная мебель, рваные обои. Чайник был грязный. Воздух пересушен.
Из плюсов: большая территория, ухоженная. Вкусный завтрак.
Наверное, номера за 10 тысяч отличные) Но за 5 не советую.

The location is great.
The description of the room wasn’t very accurate, so we had to pay extra for a third person in our suite.
The breakfast room is ugly, in the basement, no windows, crowds, the food wasn’t the best either.
It’s very slippery- the stairs, floors in the lobbies. Safety isn’t the issue here at least during like Russian winters.
Otherwise it’s a good place to spend your weekend

Все хорошо. Бассейн замечательный. Температура воды, чистота - то, что доктор прописал. Персонал приветлив. Единственное огорчили завтраки. Есть нечего, кроме салата из капусты. Остальное- хлеб, сосиски, синие яйца и все в таком роде.

Very nice and big family suite to stay with kids.
The hotel offers a great property with indoor pool and outside gardens with parking.
Breakfast buffet offers a wide selection for food and drinks.
The monastery is within walking distance and overall a very nice stay that I would recommend

I stayed here for business, so I did not pay from my own pocket. The hotel itself is nice, large territory.
During my stay there was a film crew. So the whole territory was covered by wires, lighting equipment and running crew members. During the check-out I had to take a pause, they were filming a scene in the lobby, so I could not enter.
The rooms are spacious.
I stayed in a room right under the roof. So it is the third floor, and you can take an elevator only to the second floor. Then only stairs.

The Art Hotel is enormous and has at least 9 three story buildings. We were in building 9 where there are at least 9 rooms per floor. Twin beds, good size doona, fridge, chair and desk and extremely hot. I turned the heating off but the towel rail and bathroom floor were still heated.This place was so quiet we assumed end of season, then we went to breakfast. The hordes were there in force. The breakfast room is big I think it could hold at least 200. There were so full with people having breakfast as it was a constantly moving wall of people. Plenty to eat but you need patience to work around your fellow tourists.
For dinner we went over the road to the cucumber restaurant where we had a delicious and hot beef stew. Good service and reasonable prices unlike the one which you will find if you turn right at the gate and go to the first restaurant you find. It looks 19th century in it decor BUT they mucked up our order, allowed cats on the table, was so hot we asked for the cooler to be put on and much more expensive than The Cucumber. The is also a restaurant on site. we did not eat re we did have some wine which was not bad.

Only stayed for one night. Check-in was quick and easy. English was spoken which was great. The dorm room itself was a clean and comfortable bed, however no window in the dorm room and was bit warm inside. Breakfast the next morning was very nice. I loved my night stay.

Very clean old style rooms in multiple buildings. One of the best in Suzdal. A secure place with restricted access to those staying in the hotel. Good breakfast. Suzdal is a must for those that want to see the old Russia

We were booked into a suite but this was no suite we would recognise. The facilities were two, maybe three star at a pinch and our room right on the main road meant we couldn’t open the windows to get fresh air. The room had a musty smell and the bathroom was pretty awful. In the major cities the hotels are pretty good And sophisticated but outside of the cities we were disappointed. Breakfast was terrible but then finding good food outside of the cities seems like a challenge too. The bread and all baked goods were super stale. I’d say at least three or more days old so toasting was the only option. As there’s no better choice in this town be prepared for a very odd experience in pretty average accommodation.

Very uncomfortable to move around the facility. Worse with bad weather

Проживали в арт-отеле «Николаевский Посад» с 9 по 12 августа 2019 года. В основном впечатления от отеля положительные. Хорошая благоустроенная территория, комфортный номер – мы проживали в двухместном стандарте. Персонал был настроен благожелательно, никаких нареканий по качеству уборки. На хорошем уровне, есть с чем сравнить, завтрак в отеле.
Все бы хорошо, но… Отель был забронирован заблаговременно в ноябре 2018 года через Hotels.com. Наряду с прочим при бронировании была предусмотрена бесплатная парковка. При заезде администрация отеля попросила оплату произвести при выезде. Однако счет на оплату превысил указанный в брони на 1500 рублей. Как уже после выезда выяснилось, эта сумма была взята за парковку - по версии администрации бесплатная парковка не входила в стоимость брони. Однако при заезде администрация не предупредила, что парковка платная. В результате долгих разбирательств, уже не денег ради, а из принципа, деньги все-таки отель перечислил, сославшись на ошибку сайта бронирования и якобы за его счет. Неприятно.
Поэтому по 10-бальной системе только 7 баллов.

Just an overnight while visiting Suzdal with an individualized tour. A very nice, spacious, clean, quiet room on the first floor. A comfortable bed. Plenty to choose from their breakfast buffet.
Very, very little English spoken here, but we survived.
