Pros:

房間的床鋪很不錯很舒適

Cons:

家中有長輩需要用拐杖，看照片我們覺得空間應該是還可以的，但是到現場後櫃檯人員一直強調空間很小長輩這樣可能不能住，有點讓我們為難，並且櫃檯人員也說我們應該自己要講有長輩的事情，給人感覺有點不是很舒服，可能主要是空間我們覺得還可以，但櫃檯人員好意提醒，但不斷反覆確認的時候會給人感覺好像不想要我們入住，但房間已經預定國定假日臨時也很難在附近找到其他住處，會給我們一種比較為難的感覺

沒有留意晚上7點過後櫃檯沒有服務人員，飯店人員電話告知，非常有耐心的解釋，及排除困難，下次去台北，定再入住

Small rooms, but good value for money with great location
Pros:

Great location - almost City center, but not too loud. Metro station with two lines is just 10min away. Room is small, but it had everything we needed and hotel has elevator

Cons:

Our room had a red light on the ceiling (I assume some alarm or something like that) which could not be turned off. For me it was impossible to sleep - during the night it looks like You are in hell. I ended up ducktaping it myself and it did the job!
Also, there is no person at the reception most of the time.
Finally, communication was a bit difficult, becauase their only method was Line, however, none of us had an account. Messages in booking were answered with delay.

我第一次住到小房間，不習慣
