I would stay here again and recommend it to anybody.
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay. The bartender with the deep voice is a cool dude. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Cons:

The rooms were tiny. But I got what I paid for...

Pros:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, aber es hatte auch keine Klimaanlage. Es gab nur einen Ventilator. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen. Das Haus war früher ein Bürogebäude und wurde umgebaut.
Zimmer waren aber sauber.

Cons:

Preis Leistungsverhältnis fand ich zu teuer für ein Zimmer ohne Fenster.

Nettes Hotel mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Frühstück, Zimmergröße und Zimmerausstattung waren in Ordnung. Die Lage ist auch gut - nur wenige Minuten Gehweg zur U-Bahn Station.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant und im Zimmer (schon bei Bezug). Die Tische waren fleckig. Teilweise roch es eigen.
Der Ausblick aus der Balkontür auf die Dachterrasse war nicht schön.
Kein Aufzug nur eine kleine Wendeltreppe.

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage im schönen Viertel. Trotzdem zentral. Gutes Frühstück. Leckere Wurst Käse. Rohkost. Schöner gemütlicher Frühstücksraum, der gleichzeitig auch das Restaurant ist. Das Restaurant ist übrigens auch prima. Man kann dort auch gut noch einen Drink nehmen bevor man ins Bett geht.
Die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen kann ich in keinster Weise bestätigen. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad schön und modern, das Bett bequem (für mich etwas zu weich). Für mich war der Kaffee zum Frühstück ok.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück könnte es mehr frisches Obst geben. Es gab nur Wassermelone.
