quando sono arrivata, quando sono andata via, ho dovuto attendere i camerieri che facevano tutto il resto prima check in e check out. Non c’era nessuno alla reception la stanza senza finestre è veramente minuscola e claustrofobica.

Excellent Stay with Helpful Staff,Early Check-In Made Our Trip Easy
Pros:

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Hotel Point and are very happy that we booked it. As i was travelling with my toddler, They accepted our request allowed us an early check-in, which made our arrival much more comfortable. After checkout, they also kept our bags for the next day, which was extremely convenient for our travel plans.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. The room location was nice, and everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily stay here again.

Nothing to dislike about this. I am very happy that they made our stay comfortable and convenient
