Anyway, we had a great experience during our overnight stay there in late August. Its benefits and drawbacks are thoroughly and impartially covered in the English reviews here, so I'd simply like to add that the staff is helpful and professional, the breakfast is delicious and creative, and the rooms are tidy and well-maintained. On the other hand, the welcome area has several (!) pretty steep stairs that one must conquer with the luggage in one's hands, particularly if one enters the building from the parking lot in the inner yard, since the hotel does not offer any porter service. It seems to be the only significant snag we faced, however.
A lovely place to spend a night or two. There's a fantastic gourmet restaurant in the vicinity called Forest. Try not to miss it!

We stay at this hotel during our trip across Siberia. Yekaterinbourg is a nice modern city and the Renommé hotel is very well situated, just in front of a pleasant park and near a big mall where you can find a lot of restaurantes. Bedrooms are nice but it is better to ask for one on de back side of the building.

We loved, but absolutely loved this place. Firstly, the staff is superb. Always ready to help, very patient and just wonderful. They arranged transfer from and to the railway station. We also booked a wonderful tour with them. Then the rooms, very boutique alike. Everything was clean and the hot shower was very appreciated. Absolutely wonderful. Location is great and the breakfast is amazing. A lot of choice and they even prepare some “fresh” things for you. Also very good plus, it is not that expensive hotel. Are you visiting Jekaterinenburg for work or for pleasure this is the place to stay.

This small hotel is very good and has a very nice breakfast. Almost everybody speaks english and are very helpfull. Just behind the hotel is a nice Veg restaurant and healthstore. It has a parking and good bathroom facilities

I reserved a room at Renomme for a few days in August for my son and his wife. They arrived early and when they reached the hotel their room was not yet ready (understandably) However, they were told to wait outside the hotel until the room was ready and they were not accepted to sit and wait at the lobby. One of the staff at the reception suggested they should go for a walk at 7 am in a very cold Ekaterinburg morning after a five-hour flight and by the time they demanded the right to wait in the lobby with some unpleasant conversation, they apparently froze to death outside the hotel shivering! They have never experienced such hostile demeanor from any hotel in the world towards hotel client.( They are frequent travelers)

The reception was completely inconsiderate and insensitive. The problem was not with the room’s not having been ready; this was my son’s bad, they should have let the hotel know about their arrival time but the problem is the hotel’s policy towards clients. Asking tired travelers to wait outside the hotel is degrading and very humiliating.

Renomme should run over its check in procedures and be more polite to its clients; it is the clients they owe their jobs-to. Tourists are not beggars to be left outside hotel doors. Hotels are for hospitality but I guess Renomme is not aware of this.

The room i hsd was very cozy and roomy. They offer two types of pillows, which helped me sleep better by having a choice. Hotel had a great restaurant inside, good for having dinner without finding a place to eat. Staffs were very helpful in every ways. I loved staying there for 6 nights.

Lovely home atmosphere at the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, food was good quality. Metro and buses very close, many places of interest close by. Nice touches in the hotel such as a room with free tea and coffee, books and sofas for guests to use at any time. Very good amenities in the rooms.

Wonderful location close to metro, Restaurant excellent food and great service. Reception efficient and welcoming. Room comfortable opposite park - Yekaterinburg was a wonderful surprise and the Boris Yeltsin exhibition was sensational.

This is a nice little hotel. The rooms were clean, well fitted and comfortable, in the middle of the world cup this was a really nice place to stay, it was close to everything we needed. The staff were very friendly. I would say the restaurant downstairs at breakfast probably dated a little and the food could have been with more variety but overall a nice little hotel to stay in.

Отличное расположение, очень отзывчивый персонал, класный завтрак, хорошая СПА-зона. НО все впечатления об отеле портят номера (по крайней мере номер 411). Номер темный, ковровое покрытие и тумбы в пятнах, качество уборки на 3 (мусор на полу в комнате и санузле).

I have been to this hotel with my husband several times, it is really nice little hotel. We liked everything, it was clean and cozy with nice comfortable bed. Interior decor was simple but elegant. Bathroom was stuffed and very clean. The only problem is the sauna hours, we wanted to go there in the morning, but it was closed and my husband complained that work out machines were not working at the gym. I recommend.

This is a gem of a little place across the street from the circus building. Soft, mushy pillows (my favorite), excellent shower, bathrobe, mini-fridge, a safe, magnifying mirror, TV with countless choices, excellent WiFi, fantastic front desk gals, laundry service, and breakfast is included. I could not be happier. I am doing the Trans Siberian Railway trip at present and would rather stay at a gem of a place like this than your big hotels. Speaking of the train, if possible, book the first class tickets. You will want the space and privacy of sharing the car with one other person rather than 4 that makes things small, stuffy, and noisy in the corridor.

When you discover love and hospitality in each small detail of your statement - you fall in love for all youtlr life. Well done!

Most off all I noticed meticulously carried movies in TV, sorted by types. And there are a lot of details, like this, which makes this mark - excellent.

The hotel has a distance from the very center. Also the building itself is complicated, a lot of stairs. The restaurant is ok but long waiting time for the food to be served
