Les prix des restaurants. Pas de chaîne de télévison en français , pas de transformateur de voltage dans les chambres , pas de service de nuit pour préparer la chambre pour la nuit , petit déjeuner pas exceptionnel , pas de cuisine devant les clients

Quality of the hotel in every corner.
A bigger lounge area
I love the obsessive behaviour of the housekeeping staff of my room. The bedsheet and duvet are crease-less and soft to touch. He/ She tidied up my amenities in the bathroom in decent order, cleaned up the cable of my hair dryer and charger, and he/she placed my personal stuffs on the desk nicely and properly. even the floor mat was laid perfectly. I like how they deal with things in great details.
The TV should have been replaced to smart TV with built-in apps like netflix. as the chromecast connection was poor. the quality of the screen is not good.
There aren’t words for how great this place is. We cannot wait to come back!
