Kommer gjerne tilbake!
Pros:

Heilt topp plassering, og hva en kan forventet av 3 stjerner. Rent og hyggelig personal. Tilgang til frokost og badeanlegg fra nabo hotellet, som kun gå dirkete over til. Resepsjonisten Jonna fortjener en egen applaus, for en fantastisk dame som gjorde oppholdet 10/10

Bom custo benefício.
Pros:

Café da manhã completíssimo, com opções inclusive para dietas restritivas em geral. Equipe simpática e atenciosa. Limpeza nota 10. Boa localização em Andorra La Vella.

Cons:

No quarto poderia haver um par de taças de vidro. Tive que buscar taça no bar do hotel do outro lado da rua, para poder beber um vinho.

Basic stay, wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Great central location in Andorra. Access to spa in the partner hotel.

Cons:

Staff weren't friendly or helpful.
Our phone rang 3 times during the first night, including 4:30am. Staff offered no reason/solution when we asked at reception.
We asked for cups and to borrow a bottle opener, not possible.
Spa should have children hours, not appropriate for kids to be running around the pool at 21h and sauna unattended.
Room was ok, but old, and the bed sunk in the middle.

Ubicación junto a todo y el trato del personal especialmente Joana

Cons:

El SPA estaba completamente lleno de niños pequeños y (hablo de muchos), saltando y tirándose, perdiendo la esencia de la relajación.
Debería haber una ventana horaria para ellos evitando así que el personal tenga que llamar la atención continuamente.
Los jacuzzis estuvieron rotos el 1er dia el 2 al 50% y el 3 llenos de niños.
