Very nice hotel in the centet of Andorra la Vella
Pros:

Very nice hotel located in the main street of Andorra la Vella. All the major attractions are within walking distance.
The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi was very fast.
The breakfast was excellent served in Mercure Hotel in the adjacent building.
The lady at reception was very helpful and friendly, and she made my very early check-in feel very warm and welcoming.

Pros:

L emplacement très bien personnel très agréable et qui parle très bien le français
Hôtel très propre et bien entretenu

Cons:

Le point le plus négatif est la literie. Matelas très vieux recouvert d un surmatelas qui ressemble plutôt à une petite couette . On sent les ressorts du matelas .
Nous avons passé deux nuits affreuses

Casi perfecta
Pros:

Estaba todo muy limpio.
La atención del personal fué correcta y adecuada.
El Spa es un extra muy agradable que mejora la experiencia

Cons:

Pues el colchón, la verdad que no está a la altura del resto.
Y las indicaciones desde el spa hasta el hotel palace (són pocas) deberia estar mejor indicado.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, el desayuno muy completo y variado, y el personal excelente. La habitación estaba limpia y cuidada.

Cons:

Las almohadas eran muy bajas y en la habitación hacía mucha calor. Quizás debería de existir la opción de regularla uno mismo y que no fuese centralizada.
