Cons:

Zimmer lag direkt an der lauten Hauptstraße, es roch sehr muffig bis unangenehm schlecht - keine Schränke- kein Safe.
Würde hier nicht mehr buchen.

Pros:

The team at reception are great - friendly and helpful. Ton was especially helpful in storing my bags for over a week. The room was equipped with everything I needed. There was a lift so no need to carry heavy bags up stairs.

Cons:

I had a good size double bed on the 5th floor. I always prefer a firm mattress rather than a soft one but the mattress in my room was so hard that it was very uncomfortable. I'd stayed a week earlier in a twin room with a friend and the bed was fine.

Good location, but very simple and heavily overpriced stay
Pros:

Location is good, room is very simple and there is a sweet lady who prepares a breakfast dish that you request. There are no fruits available, there is not really a fresh buffet, just some breads and butter and jam.

Cons:

It was very expensive considering the service and the room and the overall state of the hotel. Overpriced. If it was 3 times as cheap it would be reasonable.

It was pleasant
Pros:

Hot water in the shower, comfortable bed, clean. Excellent staff very helpful.

Cons:

The room was not that big, the floor could use some work. Otherwise it was fine.

Fantastisch
Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. In een duurder hotel krijg je soms minder service dan bij dit hotel. De service van het personeel is super!
Het hotel ligt zeer centraal in het oude centrum van Chiang Mai. Het is een low budget hotel en goede uitvalsbasis om Chiang Mai te verkennen. De kamers zijn simpel maar schoon.

Cons:

Het ontbijt mag wat uitgebreider.
