Ідеальний готель із високим рівнем чистоти, смачними сніданками та неймовірно уважним персоналом.
Pros:

Все на вищому рівні !Заселення 07.06.2026 пройшло чудово завдяки крутій команді на ресепшині. Номер супер: світлий, чистий, простора ванна кімната, м'які рушники та щоденна зміна білизни. Сніданки смачні й різноманітні. Також дуже порадував приємний сюрприз до дня народження - пляшечка ігристого. Готель перевершив очікування. Рекомендую!

Ottima posizione e albergo molto carino
Pros:

Camera spaziosa, silenziosa, ben arredata e pulita. La posizione è molto centrale e vicino a tutte le attrazioni della città. Colazione molto abbondante e ricca.

Cons:

L struttura non ha ascensori e quindi in po' faticosa la salita alle camere

Soggiorno a Praga perfetto!
Pros:

Ottima colazione sia dolce che salata.
La posizione è eccezionale, a due passi da ponte Carlo e vicina alla piazza della città vecchia.
Non portatevi shampoo, balsamo, sapone, latte corpo, ciabatte perché c'è tutto. Se proprio volete il phon perché non è granché...ma questo in tutti gli hotel.
Bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo, bollitore con the' tisane e caffè solubile.
La nostra stanza non aveva climatizzatore ma c'è un ventilatore Dyson fantastico.
Niente ascensore ma il palazzo è antico e quindi va bene così.
Le nostre finestre affacciavano sulla via Karlova, molto trafficata da pedoni, quindi un poco rumorosa ma niente di drammatico.
Le dimensioni della stanza sono notevoli!
Comunque, molto accoglienti e premurosi e nessun problema con i bagagli...li tengono in deposito quanto vuoi.

Cons:

Nessuno parla italiano, capiscono qualche parola. Visto che è parecchio frequentato da noi, direi che potrebbero migliorare con un receptionist che parli un minimo di italiano.

Pros:

Les employés de l'hotel sont tops et multilingues.
Le fait d'avoir le restaurant accolé est pratique, en plus le restaurant est de bonne qualité.
L'hotel est très bien situé pour pouvoir faire quasiment tout à pied en centre ville.

Cons:

La vue depuis la chambre, n'est pas la meilleur, mais c'est le seul point négatif.

Amazing experience, only minus the airconditio

Amazing location, good breakfast, friendly staff

Cons:

The room was on the third floor very hot and the room did not have aircondition. Just a fan that wasn’t helpful at all . Just to inform that there is not an elevator in the building , we were aware of it and it was not an issue for us

In spite of the shortcomings at the hotel for us the good aspects outweighed them and we had a enjoy
Pros:

Staff were friendly and the food was very good. Brilliant central location. The breakfast was particularly good with a wide variety of cooked and continental foods and fruit.

Cons:

The air conditioner broke down and following several requests it remained unrepaired . The weather was extremely hot and it was difficult sleeping.
When arrriving by train we didn’t come in at the main station. We were unaware of this and so was the hotel management resulting in difficulty obtaining a taxi to the hotel.
