We strongly recommend the hotel.
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

The only problem is that the hotel cannot install an elevator because the building is designed for preservation. Our room was in the 4th floor so we had to climb a lot in order to get there. But we knew that this is the situation in advance, and everything else was so good that it didn’t really matter.

Pent og rent rom, delikat innredet bad. Veldig imøtekommende og hyggelig personale, og perfekt beliggenhet.

Cons:

Frokosten var ikke helt det store, og skulle gjerne hatt smart-tv på rommene. Det var også litt lytt og bråkete fra utsiden, men det ble heldigvis ro før leggetid.

A fantastic hotel in a superb location. Great staff and lovely rooms. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was beautiful with all the amenities we wanted. Breakfast was excellent and a lot of choice. The hotel itself is situated in the old town and very close to all the major attractions. Well run hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again.

De tudo. Localização perfeita ao pé da ponte Carlos dentro do centro histórico. O quarto é excelente. Banheiro excepcional, produtos Loccitane um Provence. Ar condicionado, frigobar, TV com muitos canais e internet show. O café da manhã é muito bom, completo e num bom intervalo de tempo disponível. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Do suco do café ser de caixinha. Todo o restante sem queixas.
