Aanrader.
Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Ruime, keurige kamer met goede bedden. Mooie, ruime en nette badkamer.
Alles zeer proper. Uitstekend ontbijt.
Overal vlotte, nette en vriendelijke bediening.
Volgende keer als ik naar Vianden ga, kies ik zeker weer voor dit hotel.

Prima verblijf in een fantastische omgeving. Prima kamers en service.
Pros:

Inchecken duurde even, want er was niemand beschikbaar... Maar verder alles prima. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. De kamers zijn prima als je er alleen komt om te slapen. Bedden zijn goed, we hadden een badkamer met een ligbad. TV met zenders uit verschillende landen, genoeg opbergruimte in de verschillende kasten, een kluis en koelkast. En een mooi plekje om de motor te stallen.

Cons:

Ik vond de menukaart heel onduidelijk. Beter als de menukaart een menukaart is en niet een boekwerk met allerlei andere informatie. Druk, veelkleurig en teveel andere info erin, wat tussen de verschillende menu's instond. Het eten daarentegen was heerlijk, daar ligt het absoluut niet aan.

ontbijt was goed en netjes verzorgd
personeel vriendelijk
badkamer netjes schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien

Cons:

de parkeer gelegenheid bij het hotel is klein daarnaast zijn er parkeerplaatsen
het zou netjes zijn dat het hotel voor parkeer kaarten zorgt
Nu zelf geld in parkeer automaat gooien (klanten binding )

Wil hadden kamer 205 daar loopt het rook kanaal door die heel heet word
Op de kamer in de avond niet te wezen + 25 gr , met het raam open komt er rook van de pitsa oven naar binnen , erg benauwd .

Fantastic location to enjoy Vianden
Pros:

Set in a beautiful location. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant and the children enjoyed the pool and play area.

Cons:

The hotel is a little dated and the beds were uncomfortable. Our room was really big but being in the attic extremely hot (it wasn’t a particularly hot day/night)
