Heerlijk hotel op prima locatie voor het verkennen van Luxemburg.
Pros:

Gastvrijheid van personeel, heerlijke bedden, een goed restaurant en een super uitgebreid ontbijt. Verder het vertrouwen dat het personeel ons gaf. Ontbijten zonder je kamernummer te hoeven bijvoorbeeld.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, misschien dat de stijl en beetje oudbollig is. Maar eigenlijk past die stijl ook wel erg goed bij het hotel.

Globalement bon séjour mais aurait pu être bien mieux

Bon emplacement, parking dans cette ville où les places sont très limitées, personnel avenant
Proposition d’utiliser gratuitement les structures de bien être (piscine, sauna, fitness)….mais à dans un autre hôtel du groupe nécessitant de sortir dans la rue

Cons:

Salle de bain : exigüe (90cm de large !) et aucun moyen de poser des affaires ou les suspendre, odeur d’eau croupie. De petites étagères et patères amélioreraient cette disposition très étroite.
Literie : matelas de qualité moyenne et probablement ancien, « oreillers » de très mauvaise qualité
Odeurs de cuisine/pizzeria
Température impossible à régler (radiateur éteint, obligation d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour ne pas étouffer) pourtant en Climat froid (5-9•c)

Pros:

Hotel très bien géré. Nous avons pu parquer nos vélos dans le garage fermé. L'hôtel fait restaurant et nous avons mangé de bonnes pizzas le soir.

Prima verblijf in het pittoreske Vianden
Pros:

Prima hotel in leuk dorpje. Vriendelijk personeel. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. De grotere parkeerplaats ligt iets opzij van het hotel. Restaurant met terras is meer dan prima. Kunt ook gebruik maken van faciliteiten van partner hotel. Kamer was ruim.

Cons:

Het hotel heeft een iets gedateerde stijl, maar dat past ook wel weer bij de sfeer van het hotel.

La ville est jolie et l'hôtel bien situé

Cons:

La personne de l'accueil ne nous a pas informé que l'accueil fermait à 18h et qu'il y avait une porte à l'arrière accessible avec la clé de la chambre.
La piscine était dans un autre hôtel et le restaurant fermé, jour de relâche.
Pourquoi était il proposé par booking alors que je demandais un hôtel AVEC restaurant !!!

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel, met name de gezellige ontbijt dame.
Mooie grote hotelkamer.
Mooi gelegen in hartje Vianden.
Veel keuze in het ontbijtbuffet.
En een mooi terras om s'avonds een hapje of drankje te doen.

Speeltuin voor kinderen. Ontbijt prima. Avondeten ook prima. Personeel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Lawaaierige kamer (horen bovenburen erg). Twee lossen matrassen. Zwembad bleek in ander hotel (50m).
