het is een prima overnachtingsadres als er geen hittegolf is.

Zentral gelegen, guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt gegenüber dem sehr schönen Stadtpark, die Innenstadt und die Museen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Strasse ist ziemlich befahren, eine gewisse Lärmbelästigung muss man auch in den Zimmern am Innenhof in Kauf nehmen. War aber noch okay.
Private Parkplätze stehen im Innenhof zur Verfügung. War mir wichtig, ich habe einen Oldtimer.
Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (in LUX gratis).
Zimmer zweckmäßig ausgestattet, Schreibtisch mit ordentlicher Lampe, großes Bad.
WLAN funktioniert auch auf dem Zimmer bestens (steht in der Beschreibung noch anders drin).

Lovely old-fashioned hotel

Perfect relic from the seventies, in a good way. Reasonable prices, we had a huge corner room, looking out on one side on the beautiful pink stucco Diekirch grammar school. Huge bathroom, nice breakfast, very friendly host, great location. Parking at the hotel. Would come again!

Cons:

PIllows were a bit hard, if you like soft, bring your own. Shower could do with an anti-slip mat. No air conditioning, but hotel provides one or more fans. The road is fairly busy (not a problem in the room, as the windows provide good sound isolation), so if you come out of the parking and your navigation is telling you to turn left, don't even try, but turn right and use the office block on the other side to turn and merge.
