Pros:

Das Zimmer war großzügig und völlig in Ordnung, das Frühstück ist ausreichend, es gibt sogar ein Glas Sekt, gute Kaffeemaschine.

* Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat ist der Preis des Parkplatzes - 1 Nacht direkt vor der Tür kostet 15 € das sind Großstadtpreise und hat uns zu Punktabzug veranlasst.
* Was für mich (sie) überhaupt nicht geht, sind die Gardine, sie waren sehr lichtdurchlässig und sobald die Sonne aufgeht, ist es taghell im Zimmer trotz zugezogener Vorhänge.
* Ein Haar an der Wand im Bad von der Vorgängerin
* Beim Check-In wünsche ich mir eine herzliche Begrüßung, ich kam mir wie ein Eindringling vor, aber ich glaube das gehört zur Mentalität.
* 1 Seite Bett ohne Steckdose

Pros:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Nettes Personal und komfortable Zimmer. Das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr aufmerksam und stets bemüht. Auch das Personal im Spa Bereich ist positiv zu erwähnen. Sie leisten sehr gute und professionelle Arbeit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Booking.com ad was deceiving. Parking was mentioned amongst the facilities the hotel offers but not a word was mentioned about how ridiculously expensive it is

Cons:

The man at the reception on 20.2 was unfriendly, unpleasant and unprofessional. I suspect i was charged excessively for parking. 700kc for two nights on a weekend.

Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Super Lage, tolles Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl. Neu renovierter schöner Früstücksraum. Wir hatten die günstige Zimmer Variante, es war OK und sauber.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist leider sehr langsam, ungewöhnlich für ein großes Hotel.

Cons:

Der Check in war Zeit aufwendig.

Pros:

Snídaně odpovídá standardu. Vajíčka, slanina, jogurty, tvaroh, zelenina. Výběr z nápojů, káva.

Cons:

S ohledem na probíhající stavební práce považuji za naprosto nepochopitelné inkasovat 100Kč/den za parkování. Navíc s bonusem, že nezaparkujete. Lépe parkovat v parkovacím domě a projít se. Parkování v parkovacím domě vyřídí recepce, 200Kč/den.

Raňajky boli chutné a pestré, personál milý

Platené parkovacie miesto priamo pri hoteli, mohla by byt táto platba uvedená priamo pri ponuke izby

Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen,
Freundliches Personal und wer hier hungrig den Essenraum verlässt ist das nicht nachvollziehbar.
Termine für Spa rechtzeitig vereinbaren!

Gibt nichts, die Zimmer werden nach und nach anscheinend renoviert.
