Amabilidad del personal de recepción ,súper atentos y detallistas,sobre todo la chica joven con gafas,siento mucho no recordar su nombre.
La limpieza de la habitación podría mejorar,hicieron la cama,cambiaron toallas y recogieron basura pero no barrieron nunca ,y el piso estaba sucio.
Por otro lado el servicio de desayuno en hora punta es un poco caótico,no hay mesas limpias suficientes y no te dejan servirte,hay que esperar por la señora que está detrás del buffet,y como haya mucha gente tarda mucho,ganarían mucho poniendo la comida autoservicio para que se sirva la gente,así esas dos personas que suelen estar podrían dedicarse a limpiar mesas y reponer el buffet, por cierto es muy repetitivo y escaso.

La atencion de todo el personal
La zona no es linda, claramente la municipalidad no invierte para que este limpio el Rodadero. Hay mucho bullicio constante. Esto excede al hotel.

Le falta una taca con bebidas en la piscina un ambiente con música seria super para mas seguridad de no tener q salir
La amabilidad
Que la habitación no tiene aunque sea un closet o mueble para la ropa
Las instalaciones estan en perfecto estado , la comida del desayuno es variada para todos los gustos y el servicio al cliente es excelente
No me aceptaron a una de las 4 personas que viajo con nosotros porque que no llenamos el formulario de menor de edad entonces no entro con nosotros no tuvieron consideración y nos tocó buscar a un familiar para dejarla haya, que mal servicio no hubo ninguna consideración.
Muy buena atención del personal del hotel
La piscina de agua caliente, hace mucho calor como para no tener donde refrescarse, pero de resto todo fenomenal
