Nous avons choisi la Chambre Quadruple avec Balcon, et le séjour était formidable, très confortable, silencieux, avec une vue sur la ville, le château et la nature qui ressemblait à une œuvre d'art.

Pool could do with a deep clean, but it was nice. Sauna was also nice. Breakfast was okay, with a good variety. In a good location, with a lovely view of the castle from the pool. Overall, it was fairly comfortable.
The entire hotel is tired. Room was tiny, looked tired and dusty, pillow covers were from two different sets so it all looked like they just threw it all together, with no consideration for the aspect of the room. Pool is big and lovely, but needs to be cleaned properly. There were also random stuff everywhere, which made it look cluttered. Sauna was nice, but really, what is that 'you have to be naked' situation about? It was awkward and surely if you use a towel, it's okay. Probably being naked in the sauna is more of a hygiene issue than it is having your private parts covered.
Staff was okay, but not very friendly. Reception man looked like they couldn't be bothered, however the lady who did our check out was quite nice.
There were some questionable people causing havoc at 2:30AM, when I reported it to reception in the morning they pretty much said there is nothing they can do about situations like this. If it wasn't for the pool and sauna, it really would not be great value for money.
