The outstanding customer service made this hotel exceptional. Every member of the team was genuinely kind, smiling, attentive, and always happy to help. As someone who has worked in customer service in the aviation industry for 18 years, I can honestly say this is one of the best examples of hospitality I have experienced. The staff work incredibly hard from early morning until late at night, yet they always make time for every guest. The owner is also very present and genuinely cares about guests’ experience. The private pool room was absolutely worth it, the bed was very comfortable, the hotel is spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The food was fresh every day with a good variety, and we never felt rushed, even when arriving close to the end of meal service. You can also see that the hotel continuously improves year after year by listening to guest feedback.
Very little to mention. Our only disappointment was that our private pool room had two single beds instead of one double bed. The hotel kindly offered us another room with a double bed, but it was farther from the main hotel and didn’t have the same beautiful view, so we decided to stay in our original room. Also, after showering, the bathroom floor could get quite wet. These were only minor issues in an otherwise fantastic stay.

Die Aktivitäten, die als Programm angeboten wurden waren auch Vielfältig und haben Spaß gemacht. Sehr nettes Personal und die privaten Pools sind eine klare Empfehlung.
Die Dusche war ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil beim Duschen schnell das ganze Bad nass werden kann.
