Nothing
* Maintenance work taking place throughout the property.
* Water supply was completely shut off, with the hotel only informing guests it would be unavailable between 11 AM and 4 PM.
* No hot water available at all, even after the maintenance was supposedly completed.
* Constant noise, drilling, and construction disturbance, despite this being marketed as a luxury and relaxation-focused property.
* Basic luxury amenities commonly expected in reputable hotels were missing — no bathrobes and no slippers provided.
* Only one elevator available, and it smelled strongly of maintenance chemicals and was noticeably dirty.
* Even the outdoor seating required an additional charge of $35 per person.
Location!!! Great Location for what we wanted to do.
Construction but they took care of us with the cost because of it. Loved that it was right on the beach! There was an African American gentleman named Jeremy or Jeremiah that assisted us. It was absolutely amazing and took amazing care of us. He made the annoyance of construction bearable
The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve traveled to 30+ countries. I’ve stayed in 300+ hotels on HotelTonight. I’m a power user of AirBnB. This takes the cake. The. Worst. Of. All. Time.
Close to beach and convention centre
Awful stay. Dirty rooms, no facilities, rude staff, disgusting pool, disgusting pool beds.
Chris the beach attendant was helpful! The hotel was not in the best condition but the workers tried to help. The workers did not complain nor bad talked the company which was amazing due to circumstances. Front desk attendants were awesome too.
Chris was great! He made our stay extra special.
Christian was so helpful and really great with our family!
We visited Miami frkm Wales on our Honeymoon and we dealt with Cristian. He was extremely helpful and polite. We recommend him highly, thank you
Location was great.
Most of the property is under construction. They would also start construction early in the morning, jack hammering and sawing so you will not sleep well. Was hard valeting the car a couple times due to construction at the entrance with workers present. Pool was functional but there is demolition in areas around the pool due to construction. I would make sure the construction is finished before staying here.
At Sonesta Nautilus Miami Beach, I had the pleasure of being served by a true professional! Yisley truly understands customer service and is a huge asset to the company. Sonesta is lucky to have him! He should be training every employee on how to give outstanding customer service!
Christian was a star, so helpful thank you!
The staff were so nice so helpful they went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and everything hat we had nice stay. We had a very comfortable stay
Great location, nice stuff and clean comfy room.
This hotel is under construction currently. No lobby, and restaurant or bar. Limited access to the pool. Noise from the renovation from early morning.
Great location
Construction site next door, although not the fault of the hotel.
For the first time in 30+ years of travel, we left a hotel after one night. This hotel should not be operating in the current state it is in. There is construction EVERYWHERE. No lobby, just a couple desks in a makeshift hallway. The restaurant is a dark room and no dinner is served. No bar. We had a view of construction debris. The hallway was so dark it was scary. There was only one elevator operating and I think only one floor with actual guests- the place was dead and devoid of life. My son wanted to use the gym that was advertised, but no, closed during construction.
At 8:00 a.m. the pounding and drilling from the construction started. It went all day. We left and moved to the Loewes down the street which luckily had a room.
For the price, this experience was ridiculous as this hotel is not cheap.
This would be a one star review but Jeremy at the front desk was helpful and understanding, and gave us half off our first night as well as refunding our next 3 nights stay,
Perhaps when the construction is done this will be a nice hotel. Right now, people have to be aware of what they are getting. I would suggest anyone who has this place booked to find a different hotel. Please note that many recent 5 star reviews only talk about the service at the beach, not the actual hotel experience.
The whole hotel team was very nice and worked hard to compensate the hotel is under a huge refurbishment ,Tatiana ,from the front desk was amazing , as the whole hotel team
I think the hotel should need to explain very clearly how is the condition of the service and what is closed ,The Fitness Center was closed, Spa ,Closed,no Room service, the pool was closed but some people were swimming ,there was no hot water in my room, so it's better contact the hotel before you make the reservation
