Pros:

The downstairs/lobby area is very noisy; all noises echoe through the entire 1st floor. Walls between rooms seem to be very thin, so all conversations and noises can be heard between rooms. These things disturbed me alot when trying to rest.

Good security as hotel is inside a secure neighbourhood compound with security barrier, but also taxis can't enter.

Ужасное место без горячей воды и с тараканами
Pros:

В номерах тараканы. Горячая вода появляется только после скандала на рецепции и то на полчаса. Грязно. На ковре, стенах и потолке пятна. Некоторая мебель неисправна. Номера убирают ежедневно, полотенца и постели меняют по требованию. Вытяжка на кухне не справляется. Весь запах приготовленной пищи остаётся в номере.
Единственный плюс этого отеля - расположен в экологически чистом районе. Рядом очень ухоженный парк и Мосфильмовский пруд. Также рядом множество посольств. Транспортная развязка хорошая, хотя до метро идти пешком минут 30.
Никому не стану рекомендовать этот отель, кроме тех, кому необходимо остановиться для получения визы рядом с посольством на 1..2 дня, ну и кроме тех, кого кроме низкой цены ничего больше не интересует.

Hotellet har haft ikke varm vand. De har ikke refunderet penge. Reception har haft ikke en medarbejder som kan ikke tale engelsk.

Pros:

Total dump for the price. Location is inside a residential area with a not so friendly security guard that might let you in. Rooms are big but carpets are super filthy, floors are cracked and woobly. The worst was the huge leak in the bathroom everytime you flush. The hallways are moldy and quite smelly. Totally dissapointing place.

Ich war sicherlich nicht in wenigen Hotels. Aber ein Zimmer im Keller. Aus dem Fenster blickt man auf eine Mauer. Licht kommt durch Gitter die im Boden es EG verlegt sind. Unglaublich

Pros:

Es un lugar perfecto para grupos que disponen compartir gastos. Está ubicado al suroeste pero cuenta a unos cuantos pasos de una estación de metro que recientemente fue inaugurada. Lugar que gusto.

Pros:

Min far og jeg havde hver vores lejlighed. Han havde på 3. Sal med aircondition og daglig rengøring. Jeg havde værelse på 2. Sal og der var Inge aircondition og jeg fik kun gjort rent den ene dag hvor jeg bad om det.
Køkkenet er ikke til at lave mad i da der intet er ud over to glas, to tallerkener og kniv og gaffel.
Det var en fin Beliggenhed.

For the price a good place to stay
Pros:

The stay was good overall. Hotel was clean and staff helpful and friendly. Had a basic but tasty breakfast for a reasonable price. When my friend and I needed a Taxi, desk manager promptly ordered and Taxi arrived quickly. There was a lot of construction going on and so was noisy at times, but we were gone most of day. Was quiet at night.

best price-quality value
Pros:

it is a great clean hotel in an amazing part close to Kievskaya metro station, Moscow River and Moscow State University. Stayed by myself for a couple of days. Rooms are new and clean fairly furnished. Patio/balcony was great. Bathroom clean and nice, no wi fi besides lobby. For price / quality ratio it is a great choice!!!
