Pros:

The hotel was so clean. It smells like chemicals really bad. The AC in the bedroom gave off a very bad chemical smell. There was no breakfast available as indicated on Expedia website. The hotel could not tell us where we could get breakfast or dinner nearby. They did not speak English nor use the translation app until the end when one towel was a bit dirty and they were very, very angry at us for that.
The shower had no shower curtain and flooded the bathroom floor
You could hear the noise from the street and the cars

Lacking facilities & difficult to find!
Pros:

After 3 phone calls still not easy to find.
They need to have a BIG sign on the main road in Thai & English.
Staff completely unhelpful and room very basic.
Expected much more for price.

コムローイに近いと思いきや…
Pros:

コムローイの会場まで歩いていけるかなと予約しましたが歩いて行くのは無理です
2,30分はかかるかと思います。トゥクトゥクで5分くらいで200バーツかかりました。(コムローイ当日なので)
お部屋は広くて快適でした。クーラーもあります。シャワーは水圧かなり弱めですが
フリーwifiもあって清潔感もあり三人で宿泊しましたが快適でした。ヘアドライヤーも無料で貸してもらえます
チェンマイから車で30分くらいなのでコムローイ目的以外ではかなり不便ば場所だと思います
周りには地元の人が行く食堂がぽつぽつあるくらいです車で少しのところにセブンイレブンがあります
英語を話せるスタッフの女性が一人しかおらず、なかなかコミュニケーションをとるのが難しかったですが困った！という事はなかったです。
英語を話せる女性はとても気さくで面倒見もよく困ったらすぐ言ってねと電話番号も教えてくれて
いい方でした。
お値段もリーズナブルでお部屋も広くてキレイ
立地の悪さはありますが、コムローイ会場にも近いのでいいのではないでしょうか^^
