Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet im Aufenthaltsraum mit Terrasse und Pariser Flair.

Местоположение прекрасное, сам отель расположен в очень удобным месте, персонал хороший и дружелюбный.
Очень порадовало мыло, маленький аккуратненький кусочек. В номере чисто, но все эти перечеркнул завтрак.

Cons:

К сожалению, завтрак в отеле оставил крайне неприятное впечатление. Мы пришли около 9 часов утра, рассчитывая на полноценный завтрак, но увидели только три варёных яйца вкрутую, Никакого выбора горячих блюд, ни нарезки— практически ничего не осталось. Для отеля это совершенно недопустимый уровень сервиса. Ожидали гораздо большего. Тем более смотрела отзывы, завтрак хвалили. В отеле было не так много гостей, но нам не хватило, я ещё подождала,немного, думала может ещё готовят яичницу, но нет, принесли немного жареного бекона, доложили сервелат, который я ем, и мне пришлось завтракать булочкой с маслом с кофе и сын иогурт, круассаны с вареньем. Для меня это был самый плохой завтрак, потому это самый важный прием пищи, он определяет мой день.
И по поводу одеял, они реально маленькие. И нет кондиционера для волос.

Im Grossen und Ganzen vorallem Preis Leistung Lage und Frühstück sehr sehr gut
Pros:

Super Preis Leistung, tolle Lage, schnelles effizientes check-in und gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber und ich hatte sogar einen Balkon.

Cons:

Die Matratze war etwas "bauchig" und durch gelegen. Dazu beim Klo noch Staub also nicht ganz sauber geputzt und ich finde Seifen die man aufreisst für 1 mal Händewaschen passen nicht mehr zum Konzept grün.

Excellent stay with clean, comfortable rooms and knowledgeable staff, with only minor confusion around the upstairs lobb
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the overall stay was smooth from start to finish.

Breakfast was good and a nice way to start the day, and the location was ideal for getting around easily. The staff really stood out, they were genuinely welcoming and very knowledgeable, which made everything simpler. Highly recommended.

Cons:

A couple small downsides were the main lobby being upstairs was a bit confusing at first, and I didn’t realize the candies weren’t complimentary until after I’d already eaten them.
