Für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht empfehlenswert
Pros:

Der Frühstücksraum im Wintergarten ist hübsch; der davor liegende Balkon ebenso.
Man kommt vom Hotel aus überall schnell hin (Bahnhof, Schiffsanleger, Schweiz etc.).

Cons:

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Größe von 24 qm, wie wir es über booking.com gebucht hatten. Wir haben an der Rezeption wiederholt darauf hingewiesen. Man ging nicht darauf ein. Auch die Deutschkenntnisse des Personals waren mangelhaft. Auch das Englische wurde nicht immer ganz gut verstanden.
Des Weiteren war der Platz für die Kleidung etc. (zwei Personen) viel zu knapp bemessen; es gab auch keine Kofferablage. Ein Schuhlöffel wurde nach mehrmaliger Erinnerung nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.
Eine Steckdose im Bereich der Fenster war nicht funktionsfähig, auch darauf wurde hingewiesen.
Der kleine Kühlschrank im Raum war nicht voll funktionsfähig.
Das Bad ist ziemlich klein; die Ablageflächen ebenso.
Eine Kühlung der Zimmer war nicht möglich. Der Ventilator konnte die Luft nur zerquirlen.
Das Bett stand rechts und links zu nah an den Wänden.
Teilweise recht laut durch zentrale Lage, daher konnten die Fenster zur Lüftung nur zeitweise geöffnet werden. Meist erst sehr spät. Die Vorhänge reichen zur Abmilderung der höheren Hitzeentwicklung im Sommer nicht aus.
Das Frühstück war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich; unter bis mittlerer Standard.
Der Frühstücksraum ist zu Stoßzeiten etwas zu knapp bemessen. Ein kleiner Tisch für zwei Personen ist ebenfalls zu klein.
Schmutziges Geschirr wurde teils zu langsam weggeräumt. Personelle Engpässe wahrscheinlich...
Man geht in dem Hotel, trotz aller Freundlichkeit, auf kleinere Extrawünsche zumeist nicht ein.
