Hotel Toscana Oriente

Las habitaciones un poco estrechas!! Podrían ser más bonitas!!

Es un Motel y falto un poco de aseo ya que había muchos pelos en la habitación y el jacuzzi no lo pudimos utilizar por una daño y habían pelos dentro.

El hotel es cómodo, sirve para uso de paso. Al parecer funciona también como motel, situación que no me gustó. Dos de las tres noches que estuve, llegaron haciendo ruido, música a alto nivel y gente cantando duro lo que perturbó nuestro descanso. Llamé a recepción y lograron contener el ruido. Muy incomoda la situación.

Buen hotel para disfrutar en pareja, ideal reservar en las habitaciones del fondo para evitar el ruido de los carros que pasan por la carretera...

This place is far from a 5 star hotel but if you can understand that, then it's not so bad of a stay. The staff is extremely nice and hard working and they truly help make the stay better. The hotel itself is located on a very noisy main road so expect to hear cars/trucks/motorcycles all day and night. the room itself is not anything out of this world but well kept. For what it costs, you shouldn't really have any complaints. I personally will not be staying there again but I do want to point out how awesome the staff is. Thank you for hosting us!

Las habitaciones son muy oscuras, no se puede cuadrar bien el agua caliente, el desayuno es muy malo

Es un lindo hotel, pero tiene pocos servicios y se encuentra alejado de todo, asi q es necesario ir al pueblo mas cercano en auto

Everything was great but the water not too good

This is not a hotel buy a motel, and the moans and groans throughout the hotel will prove it. The internet service did not reach my room. However, the price is right and the staff is very friendly.

It is a nice place aesthetically but unfortunately the service absolutely destroyed my experience. First off - they had unbelievably loud construction going on inside starting at 8am that made it impossible to sleep. The construction seemed to stop in the afternoon. Why on earth wouldn't these times be reversed?

I ended up staying an extra night which when I asked originally, one receptionist confirmed the rate would be the same. When I checked out, a different receptionist did not acknowledge this and I was charged significantly more. Furthermore I was treated absolutely rudely which I assume is because I am a foreigner. I do speak spanish as well and made efforts to speak with her very cordially.

Night staff to loud. The room was close to the lobby.
Bed to hard. No hairdryer.
I think to princely for the service overall.

Regular, la habitación nada que ver con las fotos. Y el servicio muy malo. El check out era a la 1:00 y desde las 12:55 ya estaban acosando al telefono.

Excelente hotel, la gente muy amable

Recomiendo este hotel, cerca del aeropuerto, a buen precio, bonito y buen servicio.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Toscana Oriente on a recent stay in Colombia. The Hotel Staff really makes this place!! Willing to help you with anything you need while you are there. We spent the first night and the fourth night of our 4 day vacation to Colombia at the hotel because it was recommend to me by a friend of mine because of it location not that far from the Airport. We stayed there because we had a Late flight into Colombia and a Early flight out of Colombia.
On the second and third night we spent in Medellin at a 5 star hotel that was way over priced and service was not nearly as good as the Hotel Toscana. I would recommend this Hotel to any of my friends traveling. The Hotel is priced right and the Staff is so friendly. The Boss was there and my wife went up to him and Compliment his staff and explained to him that they make you feel like you are part of their family.

Not as close to the airport as I was made to believe...30-45 min drive. Staff was extremely nice and helpful in finding late night restaurant as well as getting cabs.

Overall a nice quiet hotel away from the city. Real comfortable nice and comfy stay. The room was just as advertised. Free complimentary breakfast more than just continental; it is a complete breakfast. That was a nice surprise. Only complaint is that you can sometimes hear loud cars/trucks passing by the main road.
