Super emplacement, personnel proactif
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour visiter une grande partie de la ville de Bogota à pieds.
Notre chambre était très propre et le personnel très courtois répondait vraiment très vite à toutes nos demandes.

Wäre es nicht so kalt, wäre es eine sehr angenehme Wohnung.
Pros:

Es wäre gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht wenn es nicht so kalt wäre dort drin.

Cons:

Es ist sehr kalt in der Wohnung und für mich ohne Öfelchen wäre es nicht zum aushalten gewesen. Nur mit langen Kleidern und 3 Decken.
Das Bad ist sehr klein und auch beim duschen zieht es beim Fenster rein.

Super Zimmer, tolle Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns perfekt und man spürt die Geschichte in dem Gebäude! Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, das Wasser heiß, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das man selbst tagsüber keinen kurzen Besuch im Apartment empfangen kann, wenn man diesen nicht bereits beim Check-in angemeldet hat, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich verstehe den Sicherheitsaspekt, was jedoch nicht erklärt, warum man ihn nicht nachträglich mit einem offiziellen Dokument registrieren kann.

Es muy amplio el departamento, y esta bien ubicado.

Cons:

No pudimos dejar las maletas el día de salida, por lo que tuvimos que salir a las 11 am del departamento y arrendar en otro lugar por una noche mas, pese a que teniamos que estar en el aeropuerto en la noche, eso no nos gustó, que no tuviera ese servicio para los turistas.

Pros:

El personal muy amable siempre pendientes de todo, muy buena comunicación.
Buen servicio de transporte aeropuerto-Hotel-aeropuerto.
Zona segura, cerca de muchos restaurantes, supermercados, museos.
La suite equipada con todo lo que se necesita: cocina, refrigeradora, microondas, cama cómoda.

El lugar es muy cómodo y amplio, las camas son muy cómodas también.

Cons:

En la habitación hay anuncios para pedir comida a domicilio, pedimos y la experiencia de la comida pésima, lo hablé con el personal y me dijeron que era algo externo, sin embargo siento que arruina la experiencia y por lo tanto la imagen del lugar

El personal encargado trabaja como con pereza, no fueron capaces de bajar con nosotros al proceso del parqueadero, si no le dieron la indicación a la chica del parking gritando por una ventana. La chica les dijo que ese no era el debido proceso. Además, cuando se les solicitó la tarjeta para pasar nuevamente al parqueadero para sacar unas cosas del carro la chica se molestó y pretendía que fuéramos hasta su apartamento por la tarjeta por la pereza de bajar. TERRIBLE 0 RECOMENDADO

Mai bine cautati altceva - pozele nu reflecta deloc realitatea!

Mobiler vechi, lipsa curatenie, dusul functioneaza intermitent - cand cald cand rece(trebuie sa ai nervii tari), geamurile au spatii de min 1 cm pana la perete - intra vantul ca la el acasa…
Praf si mizerie peste tot - vesela spalata in graba, cani din plastic foarte vechi si deteriorate - covoare dezgustatoare, etc, etc
In afara de locatie(care oricum e destul de greu de gasit), nu merita sa stai aici.
