Très bon séjour
Pros:

Très bien situé dans le centre historique de la Candelaria et très calme. Personnel au top. Un grand merci à Veronika qui nous a aidés à résoudre notre problème d’adaptateur de prise de courant

La ubicación y que se puede guardar las maletas ese punto fue lo mejor por que podíamos movilizarnos mejpr

A la hora de la entrada se demora en llegar y es todo un tramite , además las salidas es a las 11 no como en otros lugares que es a las 12 o 1 pm

Cons:

La lenteur du personnel, plus d'une heure pour se faire enregistrer pendant laquelle on s'est fait voler un de nos bagages, dû au manque de professionnalisme du réceptionniste. Ce dernier , en plus ne nous a même pas salué lors de notre départ ayant une attitude très déplaisante.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de lugares turísticos como el Museo de Oro y el teleférico de Monserrate. También hay mercados, restaurantes, y una librería muy linda justo al lado. El lugar me pareció bastante seguro, y hay seguridad en el edificio. El cuarto me encantó, es muy cómodo y la cocina es modesta pero tiene todo lo necesario. Me encantaría quedarme aquí otra vez.

Cons:

El cuchillo en la cocina estaba muy desafilado, pero sobrevivimos.🤣

Das einzig gute war die Lage.

Keine Heizung, es war sehr kalt im Apartment. 5 Grad Aussentemperatur. Zum Aufwärmen gab es eine Wolldecke für zwei Personen. Saubere Handtücher waren teilweise nass. Man musste zudem dem Handtuchtausch täglich hinterher betteln. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war das unterste Level. Anstatt auf Fragen zu antworten, wurden Gegenfragen gestellt. Die Frage zum Handtuchtausch wurde beantwortet mit der Gegenfrage Heute? Der vorher festgelegte Checkout Termin wurde ignoriert. Zudem funktionierte das Wifi oft nicht, Was sehr misslich ist bei der Abreise, wenn man nicht kommunizieren kann, weder mit dem Hotel noch dem bestellten Fahrservice.

Cons:

Toilet seat, remote control and curtain rails broken, finally replaced on third day of stay, there were 2 bathrooms, the one that toilet seat was replaced was used in the last day on overflow, I was going to stay an extra day but decided to leave that last day, personal was helpful but probably unable to fix problems as soon as they appeared.
