Overall this place is a nice place to stay, recommend it
Pros:

Nivlce and clean, beds are comfortable and warm breakfast was good. Lady who made breakfast is such a sweet lady

Cons:

Front desk didnt have a smile, have been to other hotels and they are excited to receive you. Didnt have a problem with them just when you would ask them for help their face said it all, would help you because they had to. They need to smile more and make you feel welcomed

Cons:

Breakfast was sparse especially the first day. Desk staff were friendly but somewhat disorganized and didn’t seem to know how to deal with third party bookings. At checkout I was told they weren’t able to give me a receipt because it was a third party booking. It’s needing some updating, washer and coffee machine falling apart.

Fácil aparcamiento y fácil acceso al parque nacional de las cavernas.

Cons:

Como no estés en la última planta, los ruidos de la gente encima son horribles. En la planta baja, los coches aparcan en tu ventana, así que 0 intimidad y la farola toda la noche dando luz a la ventana. Almohadas incómodas.

It was a place to stay in Carlsbad.
Pros:

Location was good. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Pool was blah - just in a room and it was cold. We sat there for a while while we did our laundry. I really needed to do some laundry as the the laundry was closed at last place we stayed :(. There was a sign saying something about not washing clothes from the oil fields and the washer and dryer didn't really smell and looked clean but our laundry came out smelling bad ... like oil. Rooms were dated and bed not comfy, no app options on TV to stream channels. Same price we paid for all our other hotels on a 12 day trip that offered a lot more.

The pool was a little too cold, which was unfortunate because it was the main reason I booked the hotel so my daughter could go swimming.
