如果有特惠的價格，停留高雄的時候，一定要訂這一間酒店，一定不讓人失望。品質超好。
Pros:

早餐品質非常好，尤其是服務人員親切。在外場的時候勤快地用畢的餐盤，也會表達親切，歡迎客人多多用膳。

Cons:

反映冷氣問題，已經進入房間約40分鐘依舊感受不到溫度下降反應給櫃檯，櫃檯人員反應態度不是讓人很舒服，不耐煩的說房間本來就面向陽光所以冷氣不涼很正常，讓人感受不是很好。

Pros:

After arriving at the hotel I became sick and being in a completely unknown city I asked the staff member at the front desk if she could recommend a doctor who could possibly speak English. She was very quick in getting me a list of possible locations. I was able to go with a friend to a nearby clinic and get the medical attention and the medication I needed. While we were gone the staff also cleaned my room so it was ready when I returned. Staff were so kind and very helpful even though I had no language skills and was not feeling well. The room was quiet and comfortable so I could get very good rest which also contributed to my recovery. Breakfast was also very delicious every morning, I was very impressed by the amount of variety (when I was recovered enough to visit the breakfast bar). I definitely want to come back in the future. Thank you so much again to all the staff who helped me and checked in on me!

Cons:

The dryer on the top floor was not very powerful, but the laundry is free and I recommend doing laundry with enough time for your clothes to air dry.

I would definitely stay at Starhaus again. Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel and good value.
Pros:

Staff were super helpful, especially when my colleague got sick and we needed to find a clinic. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit too fancy. They would do better to have simpler Taiwanese dishes rather than trying to do fancy western dishes that then don't keep very well when they sit in a buffet.
