My stay was absolutely fabulous.
Pros:

Great location - few minutes walk to the Old Town, the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and the breakfast was fabulous, lot's of variety on offer, catering for every taste buds in a lovely spaceous breakfast / restaurant area :)
Having windows in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise.
Staff were excellent and very helpful, going the extra miles to cater for our preferences.

Cons:

Main light would be great on the ceiling in the room, however the side lights were creating a lovely atmosphere.

Pros:

Ottima colazione e posizione centrale molto comoda sia a piedi che per accendere ai trasporti ( tram e metro) a pochi minuti dall'albergo, così anche per ristoranti.
Letti molto comodi
Pulizia eccellente e staff gentilissimo

Cons:

Camera piccolina ma soprattutto l'armadio, ci ho messo un po' a trovarlo 😁.

Ottim soluzione per il centro di Vienna
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, fermata bus da aeroporto e metropolitana vicine, camere con arredi nuovi, letto comodo, wifi veloce, camere silenziose, staff gentile, abbondanza di acqua per la doccia, buoni prodotti per toiletta.
Non ho fatto colazione in albergo ed ero senza automobile quindi non posso commentare questi aspetti.

Cons:

Moquette sul pavimento, le camere senza vasca hanno la doccia molto piccola, armadio quasi inesistente

Klasse Personal, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Personal im Frühstücksbereich war toll, ebenso die Auswahl an Essen. Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet! Großes Bad. Die Lage super, wenige Gehminuten zum Steffl und zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station/Parkhaus.

Es war im Frühstücksbereich etwas kühl.
