Decent, no bad surprises but not perfect. The room size was very nice. The location was perfect. Yet, the hotel is a bit worn out and for instance the elevator was sometimes not working for reasons beyond our knowledge, at certain times there was no one at the reception and the sound proofness was not perfect. Yet, no major complaints, though there was certainly room for improvement. Bottom line: If you want a price/performance hotel at a decent location, this hotel is good for you.

I enjoy my stay but perhaps I won’t stay here again because of the bathtub,

I like the location, the breakfast and the decor was nice.

Cons:

The bathroom is very small and the bathtub was super high which makes it hard to get in the shower specially for seniors. I was scared of a slip and a fall because it was very slippery.

A localização é excepcional! Muito perto do fervo do Centro. Tanto da área glamourosa como a mais descoladas. O hotel tem um quarto bom, com banheiro bom. Fiquei no último andar.

Cons:

Não gostei do cheiro do corredor. Mas não afetou o quarto.

Perfect Choice
Pros:

My daughter and I had a room on the 5th floor which was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The beds were of a good size too. The tea and coffee amenities were replenished daily, plus a generous amount of water was also supplied. The Hotel location for us was perfect and within easy reach of the venues we had booked and planned to visit. The staff from Reception to domestics were so very pleasant and helpful, with a special mention to Oliver. On the whole this was value for money with a very welcome atmosphere each time we entered the Hotel.
