Pros:

Posizione fantastica, vicina al centro, alla metropolitana e vicino a tanti locali e ristorantini. Servizio impeccabile. Inoltre era il mio compleanno e mi hanno fatto trovare in camera una bottiglia di vino con 2 calici e della cioccolata con gli auguri del direttore dell'albergo. Consigliatissimo! Se torneremo a Vienna sicuramente sarà il nostro hotel!!!

Die Lage ist super, da ist man sofort im Zentrum von Wien.

Cons:

We had the room just near the elevator. The sound from the elevator moving all around all the time was pretty anoying and disturbing! Also we didn t have a proper wordrobe in the room and was also not so good. All in all was good but not really for a 4 star hotel.

Not worth the money paid however location 10/10.
Pros:

Location 10/10 close to amenities and station. Very close to main square.

Cons:

Although cleaning was done daily, room was not clean (apple under fridge from probably previous guests, dust on LED of headboard). I also did not like the fact that we booked two rooms - one room for 1 person and 1 room for 2 adults with child. The smallest room was given to the one with 3 people so we were squashed + the cot. The room was not also made to be safe for toddler - sockets exposed. Lighting was very poor and furniture damaged. Given we were given the smallest room for 3 people the room was foggy and it was very hot inside. Not worth the money we paid.
