Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

La struttura è sita al centro di Vienna, molto accogliente, pulita. Personale sempre cortese e colazioni molto buone. Siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte. Consigliatissimo.

Never ever going back. Booking.com were also instrumental in the misery of my stay.
Pros:

Location good. Breakfast nice.

Cons:

Building site. Cramped dark interior. Dreadful dark uncomfortable room. No wardrobe. Just hooks on a wall. Bad bed. Two single duvets. Brittle AC. Expect more given the price.

A warm welcome, great location, delicious food
Pros:

Cannot praise Zerrin enough for her kindness at check-in and helping me with some last minute shopping/travel needs. Magda's hot breakfast and pastries in the attached restaurant for breakfast were exactly what I wanted to start my stay with. A great location and I'm looking forward to returning

Nice hotel - well located
Pros:

Visited 20-23/02/26

Very courteous and professional staff on arrival. Smooth and quick check in.

Room was nice - very clean and the heating was superb with the cold weather outside.

Breakfast was nice - again, staff were attentive and polite. The hotel is well located for the underground and the majority of the sights by foot.

Would recommend this hotel as it's hard to find fault.
