Excellent Service, Spacious Rooms, and Perfect Location!
Pros:

A special appreciation for Ruby for her professional, warm, and best-in-class customer service. She made the experience even better with her helpful attitude and attention to guests.

The rooms are spacious and well-suited for families, offering plenty of room to relax comfortably. The breakfast is fairly basic, but the hotel’s location more than makes up for it. Situated in an excellent area of Miami Beach, it is close to plenty of shopping options and restaurants. Municipal parking is conveniently located just around the corner, which is a big plus for guests travelling by car.

Overall, a great choice for families looking for spacious accommodation, a convenient location, and outstanding customer service. Ruby deserves special recognition for making the stay memorable!
