Ainostaan sijainti oli ok, lyhyt kävelymatka beachille. Ilmainen matkalaukku säilytys.

Cons:

Parveke ei vastannut kuvausta. Parveke kaupunkinäkymällä ei ollut, vaan parveke oli sisäpihalla muiden huoneiden ikkunoiden alla ja yhteinen parveke naapurihuoneiston kanssa. Aamupala oli kuin koulun ruokalassa. Munakokkeli ja liian käristetty pekoni annosteltiin suoraa lautasellesi. Tarjolla ei ollut mannermaista aamupalaa, ei leikkeleitä, kurkkua, tomaattia tai salaattia. Lisäksi huonetta ei saanut ajoissa klo 15, vaan jouduimme odottelemaan sitä tunnin, että saivat siivottua...moni muukin odotti huoneen valmistuvan. Odottelimme aulassa, missä kahvila/baari oli suljettu, joten lähdimme muualle kahville.

Personal war hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht sauber, Dusche hat mindestens 10 min gebraucht um lauwarm zu werden. Möbel, Kühlschrank und Badezimmer extrem abgenutzt. Wir brauchen keinen Luxus aber da sollte man echt mal renovieren. Poolöffnungszeiten gehen gar nicht. Um 17.00 konnte man nicht mehr aufs Pooldeck rauf, i wohl es 25 Grad hatte und strahlender Sonnenschein war. Hätten uns gerne den Sonnenuntergang angeschaut, deswegen hatten wir ja auch ein Hotel mit Dachterasse gebucht. Frühstücksschlange war ewig lang. Es gab Eierspeise, Bagels, Toast, Cream Cheese und Marmelade. Hat schon gepasst. Frühstücksterrasse war super. Lage ist Top!

The property was located next to several shopping areas and restaurants. It was in a decent location to the water. I love being able to rent bikes and get coffee.

Cons:

I asked for two beds during booking. I traveled with a male friend and my son. I booked five months before our travel date. When we got to the hotel, the only thing available was a king size bed. They stated the hotel was booked in and they cannot accommodate our request for two beds. They stated they would send a rollaway bed up to our room, but they never did had to sleep in a bed with a friend and my son. They stated the reason was because we checked in so late, but I let them know right after booking we would be arriving late. Also, the air conditioner leaked, and there was water all over the floor. I reported it they came up and fixed it but the next day it did the very same thing. They stated breakfast was included, but my son did not have a ticket. I was told if I had any trouble to go back up and they would give him one when I went back to the desk, the front desk, lady stated I needed to pay for it. That was fine, but my son is 12 and did not eat very much.

nothing but the location this place is a dump

Cons:

breakfast was horrible hard to access no seats and you cant take food upstairs. the staff is super rude i booked a pent house but my flight got delayed making me come in a night later they sold my room and put me in a extra small stuffy room. bathroom needs extra work sand on the floor and we didnt even go to the beach meaning the room wasnt cleaned at all ! worst hotel dont stay here !!!!

Pros:

Centralissima puoi muoverti a piedi tranquillamente e il mare e' ad un passo. La piscina sul terrazzo anche se piccola permette lo svago ai bambini quando non si vuole scendere in spiaggia. La colazione compresa e' importante perché Miami e' molto costosa.

Il personale della colazione non e' cordiale ma tipo staff mensa
