Finca Hotel Santo Tomas

Nos tenían una reserva en una habitación con olor a húmedo , nos acomodaron en una doble con un colchón en el piso , pague por un mejor servicio no me gusto

Llegamos a las 11pm y no había nadie disponlble para recibirnos, esperamos bajo la lluvia cerca de 15 minutos en la puerta del hotel y salió un tipo con muy mala actitud que solo nos permitió la entrada y abrió en cuarto, sin dar mayor servicio.
LAs habitaciones están sin aplanado en el techo y el aseo no es el mejor, encontramos insectos muertos en el piso de la habitación.

El hotel al parecer en algún momento fue bueno, sin embargo en especial las áreas comunes se observan sin mantenimiento y sucias. (Cancha de futbol, mesa de ping-pong, bar).
La piscina, sauna y turco no dan ganas de utilizar por su suciedad y falta de mantenimiento. El hotel ofrece “Artículos de tocador gratuitos” sin embargo no había jabón, colocaron 3 toallas y éramos 5…, bueno dejemos así.
La persona de recepción hace su esfuerzo por atender bien, pero sola no puede; el desayuno fue sencillo pero estuvo bien.

I don’t recommend this hotel.... the pictures looks a lot better than the reality

I arrived about midnight and the taxi trip felt like I was in the jungle somewhere. It was further from the airport than indicated. The room was clean , sparse, missing some amenities like a glass, soap. Very basic. Night attendant tried to be helpful and brought another blanket, definitely needed. He made great coffee in the morning too. BUT, i asked 2 or 3 times about paying and he said I had. Wrong. I had to do a bank transfer to pay them and they added a surcharge. They do not take credit cards. I got what a paid for for a 7 hour stay. In the morning I saw how pretty the grounds were though. The pool did not appear to be in service. Yes, I would stay there again in a pinch :) Maybe in another room

I liked the customer service

Good room reasonably close to the airport, perfect for an overnight stay. The kitchen staff got up at 4:30am to make my breakfast because I had an early flight in the morning. Friendly staff

Poor service and installations. We never will send people o referral to this site this is terrible experience

Staff on site had zero Abilities to speak English. We managed to get some snacks and drinks but the bar and restaurant do not exist. They did feed us breakfast in the morning like promised but dinner the night before was not an option since the restaurant does not exist. The pool was dirty. The Wifi is slow and completely does not work in your room. Cockroaches in dresser in our room did not make this a very good experience either.

Cuando llegue no aparecia la reserva. El hotel le falta, hay habitaciones muy incomodas por ser muy pequeñas, y la piscina inservible pues estaba sucia. La salvo la buena atencion del encargado.

Difficult to find, parking bad, lighting terrible in rooms bathroom extremely small and not clean.
