Είσαι 3-4 λεπτά όπου θέλεις.
Οι ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πάντα με το χαμόγελο και πάντα ευπρόσδεκτη να μας εξυπηρετήσουν.
Τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά και κάθε μέρα καθαρά με πετσέτες κλπ.

Muy familiar y hospitalario, la unicación excelente.

Very friendly little place. Attractive old building next to the cathedral square. Furnishings basic but adequate.
Perfect for exploring the old part of town and Venetian Harbour.

Friendly front desk and cleaning staff. The hotel is a rare quite location in old town, with only some acoustic music and folk nearby in the early evening, and church bells some mornings - NO thumping nightclubs heard till the very wee hours like some parts of Old Town Chania. This place is a real gem. Recommended!
Note: breakfast not included, but that was just a good excuse to try out nearby breakfast places like Red Bicyle.

Loved this hotel. Gracious and helpful staff that made sure we had what we needed. Fully stocked room but be mindful there are stairs. Great location in the heart of old town.

This is a historic family-run hotel very close to the venetian harbour. Loved our stay here for 3 nights

We enjoyed our stay at Vilelmine Hotel. All the staff are very professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is very central. Close to good places to eat and the old venetian harbour. Even though you are in the heart of the old town, at night it is surprisingly quiet and we slept well. We chose a small twin room which was very spacious and comfortable for our week's stay. The hotel is very well maintained. It was immaculately clean and cleaned throughout the week everyday. It had a small fridge too, and the room was well equipped. The ensuite bathroom worked very well with a great shower. Staff provided a good supply of clean towels, bedding, toiletries, tea, coffee, water and soda as and when needed. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and stored our luggage on the last day after we had checked out. They recommended a great taxi too from and to the airport! Definitely will stay with them again 😊

Wonderful stay in the heart of Chania’s Old Town!
I had a fantastic stay at this charming accommodation right in the heart of Chania’s Old Town. The location couldn’t be more central — situated directly on the main square Platia and next to the beautiful church, it’s the perfect base to explore the city.

The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely wooden floor that added to its warm and welcoming atmosphere. It truly had the charm and character of a neoclassical building, which made the stay feel even more special.

The hosts were exceptionally kind, polite, and always willing to help. Their hospitality really made a difference and added a personal touch to my visit.

I booked this hotel for my parents and partly myself. Staff was absolutely amazingly friendly, welcoming and very genuine! Such great people, and for the staff alone i would give it a 5/5 star rating - they took such great care of my parents of which i am very grateful! I was kind of hesitant of bonding with the staff to begin with out of thinking that they just "kind of had to be friendly", but even when bumping in to them after hours they were just as friendly and kind, so i now wish i had put in alot more effort into them. Hopefully i will come back and make up for it!

We had the top suite and we absolutely loved it the room, especially the balcony. In the night time my parents spent alot of time on the balcony, watching the city, the lights, the people and the water.

We will be talking about the experince for a long time, and Vilelmine was a major part of our trip in itself, which is just want you want from a hotel!

I rarely take the time to write in depth reviews, but this one deserves the effort:-)

We absolutely adore this magical place and the lovely people working there (incl. the charming cleaning lady)! Warmly recommended!

The place was absolutely spotless, quiet and peaceful – a true Greek vibe with total chill. The atmosphere was amazing and felt so welcoming, I honestly felt like I was in paradise.
