Accueil très agréable, chambre très propre et spacieuse, cadre magnifique.
Le buffet est copieux et varié donc tout le monde y trouve quelque chose à son goût.
Toute l'équipe est souriante et sans cette petite montée pour rejoindre l'établissement, ce serait parfait.

Très bon hébergement avec un personnel hyper sympa et attentionné.chaleureux accueil à 21h40 et possibilité de manger encore au buffet. Chambres correctes et bien entretenues, très belle piscine et repas buffet très varié ( à part les desserts) et bon.
À l’écart de la route et donc très tranquille. Louez une voiture si vous voulez visiter la Crète.
À 2h30 de La Canee, 1h10 de Rethymnon et 30 minutes d‘Heraklion.

Ιδανικό ξενοδοχείο για ζευγάρια που ψάχνουν ένα ήσυχο μέρος για αυτούς και τα παιδιά τους.
Reception Desk Εξαιρετικά Εξυπηρετικό (αιτηθήκαμε αλλαγή δωματίου λόγω παράτασης της διαμονής μας και η μετάβαση έλαβε χώρα εύκολα και χωρίς άγχος).
Σύνολο Προσωπικού ευγενικότατο και πάντοτε με θετική διάθεση.
Καθαριότητα: Δεν έχουμε κανένα παράπονο.
Φαγητό (All Inclusive): Ποικιλία Γεύσεων, νόστιμες επιλογές. Ίσως υστερεί λίγο στην ποικιλία των γλυκών.
Χώροι: Μία (πισίνα Μεσαίου Μεγέθους) με διακύμανσης βάθους για μεγάλους και μικρούς και άλλη μία extra για μωρά.
Happenings: Την περίοδο που διαμείναμε δεν υπήρχε κάποια διοργάνωση, αλλά μετά από ερώτηση μας καταλάβαμε πως είναι κάτι που θα ξεκινήσει να προσφέρει το ξενοδοχείο τις επόμενες ημέρες.
Το ξενοδοχείο γενικότερα δεν είναι από τα μεγαλύτερα και χρήζει ανακαίνιση. Παρολαυτά τα δωμάτια είναι προσεγμένα και δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κανένα πρακτικό πρόβλημα.
Σύγκριση Ποιότητας Παροχών - Τιμής: Για την περίοδο που διαμείναμε χαρακτηρίζεται ως περίπτωση "Value For Money", πάντοτε σε σύγκριση με τα περισσότερα ξενοδοχεία της περιοχής της Χερσονήσου.

The personnel is good and welcoming, the cleaning is not perfect but very good though. The food is not at the 4 stars level in my opinion but is good.
It was a very pleasant stay by the way.

Hotel correct pour le prix,niveau nourriture pas assez diversifié mais c' est tout a fait normal vu que c' est un 4 étoiles et vous payez pas une somme astronomique,un tout grand merci aux deux serveurs de bars a midi ( une femme) et le soir Manuel, très accueillants

Everything was amazing!!

This socalled 4star Hotel, is in our opinion not a 4 star. The cleaning was not very good, very dusty in the room, broken tiles in the bathroom, no changing of drinking glasses, bottom sheet didnt get changed, the floor didnt get washed all week. The area around a plug socket was broken so wires were visible. There were not many toilets in the public area for the amount of guests. The Food was super fine, except the things there were supposed to be warm, was not. BUT the pool was AWESOME.. The LOVELY staff was amazing. Especially "George" in the reception and Christina in the pool Bar. So happy, friendly, good humour, great at telling info about what to see on Crete. They really made the stay perfect :D So overall, we would give the Hotel itself 2 Stars, but George and Christina 5 stars.

Excellent for the price paid. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food was great. I would come back to this hotel without a doubt.

πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο ,πολύ καλό τιμ στο σέρβις το προσωπικό και πα΄ρα πολύ καλή καλή κουζίνα ,σε 5στερο δεν τρως τόσο καλά.

Bel hôtel bel piscine accueil très bien le personnel au service et gentil. Chambre grande et propre.les repas varié et surtout de qualité. Je dirai qu il manque juste de l animation à l’hotel Pour créer un peu convivialité entre les clients. Et il est loin de tout ( ville et belle plage à 2,5km)

odore di fogna dappertutto, stanze vecchie, sporche e da categoria equivalente ad una stella...cibo qualitativamente scadente...cucina sporca...personale inadeguato...esperienza insomma terribile...

Anything but 4 stars, at best a 2 star rating, room comfort was very average at best but at least clean. Bathroom had shower only but needed to be held by hand. Shower "cubicle" very small and poorly designed. Aircon struggled to provide sufficient cooling. Swimming pool chemicals caused a rash on day one. Bad odour permeated the outside area around the pool and outside bar for the entire stay.

Struttura apparentemente moderna e confortevole negli spazi comuni, con personale abbastanza gentile.
La camera assegnata era, invece, pressoché fatiscente:
- letto ad 1 piazza e mezzo anziché matrimoniale, con materasso scomodissimo;
- porte ed armadio vecchi e in pessimo stato di manutenzione (impresentabili, praticamente da rottamare);
- bagno non confortevole, umidissimo e senza aspiratore, mancante della dotazione comunemente presente negli alberghi (gancio per appendere la doccetta, bagno/doccia-schiuma, cuffia per capelli, ecc.);
- televisore antecedente all'avvento del digitale.
