Ein sehr schöner und gelungener Urlaub Vielen Dank

Ein hervorragendes Kleinod, das trotz zentraler Lage, still und sogar ein wenig idyllisch ist. (Wir hatten Zimmer mit Poolblick) Das sehr freundliche Personal, das gut zur Hälfte keine Griechen sind, ist aufmerksam und herzlich. Das Frühstück ist umfänglich und von guter Qualität. Es gibt sogar eine Omlettkarte aus der man jederzeit auswählen kann.

Cons:

Einzig die Bar an der Straße, könnte etwas mehr Design vertragen. Preis und Qualität ist aber auch hier sehr gut

Eine einzige große Enttäuschung – zwischen der online versprochenen 5-Sterne-Luxusunterkunft und der ernüchternden Reali

Schonungslos ehrlich: Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in nahezu allen Bereichen enttäuscht. Wir haben aufgrund der Darstellung auf Booking.com ein hochwertiges 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet. Die Realität vor Ort ist davon jedoch sehr weit entfernt.

Besonders enttäuschend sind die veränderten und stark bearbeiteten Bilder, mit denen das Hotel online dargestellt wird. Sie vermitteln einen deutlich luxuriöseren und hochwertigeren Eindruck, als wir vor Ort vorgefunden haben. Wir haben deshalb Vergleichsbilder erstellt und die Online-Darstellung direkt der Realität gegenübergestellt – der Unterschied ist aus unserer Sicht erheblich.

Auf unsere Nachfrage erklärte uns der Manager, die Bilder seien etwa vier Jahre alt. Für uns ist das keine überzeugende Erklärung dafür, weshalb weiterhin mit Bildern geworben wird, die aus unserer Sicht ein völlig falsches Bild vom aktuellen Zustand vermitteln.

Auch der angebliche 5-Sterne-Standard ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Ausstattung, Atmosphäre und Gesamtzustand entsprechen unserer persönlichen Erfahrung nach höchstens einem 2-Sterne-Niveau. Wer ein 5-Sterne-Hotel bucht und entsprechend bezahlt, darf unserer Meinung nach deutlich mehr erwarten.

Das Essen war ebenfalls eine große Enttäuschung und für uns schlicht unterirdisch. Qualität und Auswahl entsprachen keinesfalls unseren Erwartungen an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie.

Besonders enttäuschend war zudem der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde. Obwohl wir die erheblichen Unterschiede mit Fotos dokumentiert und Booking.com vorgelegt haben, wurde uns lediglich eine 15-%-Erstattung angeboten. Diese Lösung empfanden wir angesichts der Situation als völlig unangemessen.

Unser Fazit: Die Diskrepanz zwischen der Darstellung auf Booking.com und der Realität vor Ort ist für uns schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Wir würden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.

מדובר במלון שנמצא על הטיילת של חרסינוס מקום מרכזי מול הים. מלון בוטיק שנמצא במרכז הטיילת נוח מאוד לטייל שם. אני מאוד ממליצה על מלון זה. יש בו אווירה משפחתית ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. יש למלון גם בית קפה על הטיילת אכלנו שם פעמיים היה מאוד טעים. תודה רבה.

Perfect in every way!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who can’t do enough for you. The hotel is located right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The manager could not be more hospitable and facilitated a late check out for us as we had an evening flight. The cleaning staff are meticulous and friendly. Highly recommend!

Ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή χάρη και στην προθυμία και ευγένεια του προσωπικού.

Αρκετά καλό το πρωινό αλλά τη διαφορά την έκανε η ευγένεια του προσωπικού.

Cons:

Τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο ίσως οι τιμές στο bar ήταν αρκετά ακριβές αλλά αυτό ήταν γενικότερο πρόβλημα και εκτός καταλύματος.
