Good location, free breakfast, restaurant onsite.
NO FAULT OF HOTEL OR STAFF, or door dasher... but an unfortunate situation.... We were there for a medical procedure... Our door dash order for supplies because of app operator, was mistakenly sent to the wrong room... Stolen by occupations... Staff did try to help us, but only so much they can do... We did make a police report.

They advertise themselves as pet-friendly but apparently that only applies to dogs, even after we explained that our cat would be confined to her solid based catio for the entire visit.
Bed was comfortable and it was clean
Needs some updates in the pool & jacuzzi areas.

While the facility does require some upgrading it was still comfy, clean and easy to access.
They did offer a breakfast with the stay which was great!! I was happy to see on the menu that there was a yogurt option called a Koocanusa Bowl which would include, seasonal fresh berries, berry compont,roasted nuts, mint, drizzled honey, yogurt and granola. What I got was yogurt and a bit of granola, nothing else! I also ordered a bagel on the side which was like a hockey puck...not edible. If I had to pay $18.50 as the menu suggested I would have been even more disappointed!! If your offering you need to deliver on that offer.
Room was clean. Wasn't too expensive
Tv didnt work (remote issues i think), toilet didnt flush proper. Says free breakfast, but server didnt tell us until after we ordered there were only certain breakfasts that qualified, food (pancakes) cold, server didnt come back with change

Bathroom fan was very loud.

The location was okay, and the staff were friendly.
The beds were very uncomfortable, and the foreign (East Indian?) music we had to listen to during breakfast was nauseating.

No elevator to hot tub downstairs. For mobility impaired people its difficult.
