I would think twice before staying here again
Pros:

The location and room were great. And it was clean

Cons:

The staff didn’t communicate. There was a power outage and no one contacted me to let me know that I could cancel my room with no charge.
In the morning when I asked the front desk attendant if there was breakfast she said yes down the hall. But she never gave me a voucher. There was 2 other people there that she didn’t the same thing too.

I felt there was just no customer service.

The stay was awesome doing a night over with over 125 motorcycles.
Pros:

Breakfast always AWESOME for the Rolling Barrage

Cons:

To many motorcycles, no just kidding I was with the Rolling Barrage for their 10th Annual Coast to Coast Ride.

But seriously, when I went to get ice my ice bucket was full off dirty disgusting kleenex, I almost barfed. The night staff offered to a plastic bag for ice. She offered to wash it and I declined because where is the bleach,

Not pet friendly
Pros:

Nothing we didnt get to stay

Cons:

Saying you have available pet friendly rooms so we drive 5 hours to stay in said room and show up exhausted to be told nope all the rooms that are pet friendly are sold out EVEN THOUGH YOU CALLED AND CONFIRMED ROOM WAS PET FRIENDLY. THEY WER3 DISMISSIVE AND COLD

Goed hotel voor op doorreis.
Pros:

Ik reisde met oudere familie leden en ik had dit aangegeven bij de reservering en er was meteen een kamer op de begane grond geregeld, want er is geen lift. Prima service !
Het hotel beschikt over een zwembad en een redelijk uitgebreide fitnessruimte.
Eetgelegenheden vlakbij, maar het hotel zelf heeft ook een bar/restaurant.

Cons:

Het hotel ligt aan een drukke weg, dus vraag een kamer aan de achterzijde.
De keuze bij het onrbijt was redelijk beperkt bij wat ik van deze accomodatie verwachtte, maar er was wel voldoende.
Let op met parkeren want er is ook een laadperron en toen we 's ochtends wilde vertrekken was er net een vrachtwage aan het lossen en duurde het even voordat we konden vertrekken.
