Pros:

Room was spacious and the couch was a nice touch.

Cons:

Hottub was luke warm, I asked for it to be turned up but by the next morning it was still not. There was someone working on it though.

Comfortable, affordable stay with a good breakfast in Cranbrook
Pros:

The room was reasonably quiet, even though it fronts on the main highway through Cranbrook. The bed was decent. The TV worked fine. The shower was OK. Nice touch having a sink both in the bathroom and outside the bathroom. Allows for more efficient preparation time. There was a table in the room that could be used for writing. The breakfast was good, with lots of choices and hot food. There was enough bacon in the buffet that one large man ate a huge plate of just that. It was something to see.

Cons:

I found the parking lot a bit shambolic, with no rhyme or reason to which direction vehicles park in or where they park. The property is on the older side and could use some upgrades, but overall it was kept clean and functional. The big sign outside the hotel didn't work, so it was a little hard to find in the dark.

Good location

Cons:

The room smelled of sewer, low grade room like a dog room where it’s all old. The toilet had mold in it. Carpet old and the furniture too. The electric plugins were loose and made my phone charger heat up after a short time.

We didn’t like it at all. Was dirty. The guy at the front desk was rude.
Went to our room found hair and grime in our beds.

Cons:

Room smelled dank. Beds not comfortable. A/C did not function well. Generally needs updating as rooms are worn , dated and not functioning properly. Our room was at front next to parking and not as quiet as we would have liked.
