Arminda Hotel & Spa

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to sort out any issue or answer any question.
Rooms were spotless. So was the rest of the hotel, it was very nice to relax.
There is only one proper restaurant. Food was okay/nice but limited. There was always an option that was nice though, usually the freshly grilled chicken or pork. Themed food nights certain days of the week were a nice change of pace.
The hotel itself was mainly populated with families which was fine, but if you want to relax around a pool then the one at the top of the complex is the only one that was peaceful. The salt water pools were very nice and refreshing!

The drink options and snack options were good throughout the day!

The bar at the beach is paid and so are the sun loungers, about 35 euros for 2 sun loungers. There are areas of the beach you can lay some towels for free under umbrellas.

Overall had a nice relaxing time even if a bit limited. Would come back here if i was coming with young children otherwise would recommend elsewhere for couples

Hotel staff amazing including entertainment staff. That’s what made our stay fantastic here!

Bellissima struttura la consiglio per le famiglie ma è necessario avere la macchina per raggiungere altre spiagge a nord e a sud.

Really enjoyed our 10 days with two kids (5&3). The property is very clean and well maintained and nicely spread out so that there are different corners with things to discover and do. Staff are friendly and helpful and not intrusive. The beach was nice and sheltered (bring some snorkeling gear!) and the water slides were great for young kids. Food was good, always found some options we liked but obviously not 5-star when catering to large groups. Snacks were always available. Drinks were disappointing but the beers were fine. The room layout is the best we’ve had in any hotel. The kids entertainment (day club, mini disco) was a big hit. Would recommend to young families for sure!

Tolles kinderfreundliches Hotel und super nettes Personal. Es entspricht absolut den Bildern die man online gezeigt bekommt.

Wir waren im September vor Ort, entsprechend waren weniger Kinder dort als in der Hochsaison.

Wir würden es jedem wieder empfehlen, allerdings mit Mietwagen oder Quad und die Gegend erkunden zu können. Das Hotel liegt nicht ganz zentral, aber in ca 25 Gehminuten ist man in Hersonissos Stadt, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants mit tollem Meerblick.

Room was very nice with view of sea and mountains. Easy access to other towns.

Hotel avec un grand et bel espace extérieur. Tout était propre. La nourriture était variée et de très bonne qualité.

A wonderful place for a relaxing week break. Excellent pools offering a good variety, aqua park great for kids and adults alike. The food was good with lots of variety and of good quality, the theme nights helped this. The kids club entertainers were excellent and the mini disco each night was a highlight. One of the only improvements would be for a better deadbolt on the room doors, for a hotel catering to families with young children, the room doors can be opened from within by simply turning the handle, no way to apply a dead lock. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel from the outside looks good, but the parking is very narrow. Hotel inside is clean and fresh no matter what time you are on the hotel. The room is perfect with the view to the beach. Clean always after you had a hot day outside. Magda the housekeeper is 5 star!! Always helpful, always asking if we needed anything and introducing herself. Magda was the reason that the we had a pleasant stay.

The food was good, but missing something it Greek.


Pool was clean and good and there was always good sunbeds available.

Struggling to find any fault with this place. Rooms are modern and clean, Staff are amazing, they cant do enough for you. I really recommend this place. It has something for everyone. The bustly town of hersonissis is a short taxi ride away. Will definitely be back 👍

Great hotel, staff were amazing , the food was amazing . Felt very well treated the whole stay, will be returning!

צוות מדהים ואווירה טובה.
הזמנו חדר משפחה ספוריור, וקיבלנו חדר מיושן. פנינו לקבלה, הצטערו על הטעות ושודרגנו לסוויטה שהיתה גדולה ונקיה עם מרפסת גדולה (היתה נזילה קטנה מהמקלחת למסדרון).
האוכל בחדר אוכל היה מעולה ומגוון, בברים בברכות האוכל היה נחמד, אבל מספק (טוסטים, פיצות, בורגרים, פופקורן, גלידות וקינוחי כוסות)
היו 3 בריכות ועוד 2 בריכות ילדים (אחת מהן עם מגלשות ילדים) ובריכה נוספת של מגלשות המים הגדולות.
לובי המלון מעט קטן וצפוף, ויי פיי חינם באזור הלובי בלבד - בחדרים בתשלום.
מגבת בריכה יורו ליום, כספת בחדר בתשלום.
קיים מועדון ילדים, פארק משחקים, הפעלות בבריכה ובערב.
נהנו מאוד!

We went on a family vacation, over 7 rooms and was great. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make us happy and even was super surprised when I told Nina I think was her name I was craving to a dish that’s wasn’t in any part of Crete and she asked her husband to make me and on lunch time it’s was waiting for me at the restaurant! Miss heleny is nice and accommodating made sure everything is to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this place!
