Pros:

Очень удобное место расположение в центре города, метро в шаговой доступности. Домофонная дверь на входе ночью и на этаж. Очень удобно, посторонние люди не ходят по гостинице. На завтрак каша, блины и чай или кофе. Приветливый персонал.

Stay clear of this “hotel”!
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a backyard and it is difficult to find. The entrance looks like a anonymous warehouse with no welcoming signs and no doorbell. I was sure I had the wrong addresses as this didn’t appear authentic. When emailing the hotel upfront about my early arrival, I didn’t get any response. So I didn’t know if I could wait at the hotel until check in. I arrived at 5 in the morning. Luckily my driver was Russian, so he could read the signs and help me wake up the night watchman at the hotel, who eventually let us in. She was not welcoming at all! She didn’t speak English (I am Scandinavian and don’t speak Russian). The driver had to communicate with her, and she barely looked at me. Someone should help her getting another job where she won’t have to perform service to customers... I was not allowed to leave my luggage there, and I was not allowed to wait there until check in or at least to some cafe nearby opened. So I was given the only option to wait outside in the streets! It was raining and everything was closed. Only some drunk people in the streets. Luckily my driver helped me finding a new hotel to book with, and this was a hotel welcoming me and giving me the possibility for a early check in and breakfast a few hours later.

Good location
Pros:

Location was very good, on a metro station with 2 lines intersecting.
Place made us pay for registration although it was not mentioned anywhere, and other hotels didn’t ask for an extra payment (rub. 400/person).
Room small, but looks fine, with common shower and bathroom.
Friendly staff!

На сайте была заявлена неправильная информация; к примеру, было написано о бесплатном завтраке, но женщина на ресепшене сказала, что завтрак только платный и на данном сайте информация указана неверно и ничего про бесплатные завтраки она не знает вообще. Фото ну очень сильно отличается от того номера, который предоставляет отель (у вас там уютная комната с красивым пастельным бельем, обоями и в целом - в достойном внешнем виде, а въезжаете вы в комнату, где потолок с желтыми разводами, серые, когда-то видимо белые, стены и старое пастельное белье от разных комплектов).
Не смотря на этот обман порадовало только расположение отеля - действительно хорошее и удобное.

Крыша над головой
Pros:

Картинки на сайте не соответствуют действительности. Номера очень маленькие. Если один стоит,второму можно только сидеть. Стены тонкие,поэтому соседей слышно хорошо. При бронировании обещали бесплатный завтрак. На деле сказали:"За такие деньги ещё и завтрак хотите?!".
Если не принципиален комфорт,а от отеля хотите только "крышу над головой", то вариант хорош.

LO RECOMENDARIA, una sugerencia explicar como llego pues esta dentro de un conjunto de apartamentos, con puertas similares, decir por ejemplo al frente de un templo esta la entrada
