Pros:

Perfekter Ort für alle, die Urlaub in Chersonissos machen möchten.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Nonostante è sulla strada trafficata di Hersonissos, la stanza è silenziosa.

Dimensioni stanza, ma avrei preferito 1 letto matrimoniale anziché due da 1 piazza e mezza, comodi.

Cons:

A colazione ci è stato negato l'accesso con il nostro cucciolo di barboncino toy. Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente spiegazioni , ma siamo stati attaccati dal proprietario, che ad gridando ad alta voce chiedeva a mia moglie di mostrargli delle foto del nostro cane in un ristorante e sbatteva sul balcone i regolamenti di altri hotel (hilton ecc).Non ho assolutamente replicato ma ho chiuso il mio cane a piangere in camera solo per il tempo della colazione. Dopo non c'è stato chiesto nulla per tutta la settimana, ne una scusa o un chiarimento. Noi siamo stati una settimana a Creta portandono il nostro cane OVUNQUE. Lo mettiamo in una borsetta e lui sta buono, non abbaia, non disturba. Inoltre il barboncino è considerato un cane ipoallergenico poichè non perde pelo, a differenza dei gatti che girano indisturbati in tutti i locali di Creta. Questo luogo non è pet friendly: non c'era una sola area comune dove poter stare con noi. Solo in camera, senza peraltro fornire nulla (ciotola per acqua, cuccia ecc.). Piscina non pervenuta.

Pros:

Thalia deco made the beginning of our wedding week in Crete so wonderful! Our flight arrived very early, and we were able to have a great shower and store our luggage before check-in. This really saved our day. The staff was amazing, always very accommodating and had a personal approach. Very convenient parking, perfect location, delicious breakfast with lots of variety.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit outdated and our shower didn't work properly, but it was ok.

-Pas d’étendage pour sécher serviettes et maillots de bain
-La salle de bain trop petite pour disposer les 2 trousses de toilettes
Le Rez de chaussée est beau et bien décoré par contre les étages demanderaient un coup de rénovation ainsi que la piscine

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly charming and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or information about crete. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, featuring a large refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The beds were exceptionally cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep.
The breakfast offered was rich and delicious. The location is great, just a short walk from the shops, restaurants, and bars, with a bus stop conveniently nearby.

Είναι ένα εξαιρετικό, από κάθε άποψη, ξενοδοχείο. Πολύ ωραίο και πλούσιο πρωινό, μεγάλα, κομψά, άνετα και καθαρά δωμάτια, ωραία πισίνα, και σε ιδανική τοποθεσία. Και βέβαια το προσωπικό, o Θέμης και η ομάδα του. Φιλόξενοι, χαμογελαστοί, εξυπηρετικοί, σε κάνουν να νιώθεις ότι είσαι πιο πολύ σε ένα φιλικό σπίτι, παρά σε ξενοδοχείο. Νομίζω ότι όταν πάει κάποιος μια φορά στο Thalia Deco, πολύ δύσκολα δεν θα ξαναπάει. Προσωπικά πηγαίνω για 3η συνεχόμενη χρονιά και θα συνεχίσω να πηγαίνω. Μπράβο στο Θέμη και όλη την Ομάδα- Παρέα του Thalia Deco! Keep up the good work!

Exrtaordinary city hotel!!!
Pros:

We really enjoy everything here. Medium size hotel with professional and helping staff. The rooms are big and comfortable. For breakfast you have everything you may think of in a very cosy breakfast area - best Coffee!! Dinner accros the road - same quality - buffet with ice cream included :). We needed help with accomodation for one extra night, suggestions about travel agencies, sandy beaches, taxi and we received every information with a smile and kind words. Central position very close to everything if you are looking to explore the island. 1 minute to bus station that take you to the ports ( Heraklion mainly because to Hersonissos you can go by foot in 10 minutes) if you want to go on a cruise, to the free aqua park of star beach - great for kids (also reachable by foot in 10 minutes) to the bus that takes you to water city, Very close to supermarket if you need anything. A lot of beaches to choose from - you just have to inform yourself at the reception. Best quality, reasonable priced. Thank you very much!!! We will come back for sure!
