Thalia deco made the beginning of our wedding week in Crete so wonderful! Our flight arrived very early, and we were able to have a great shower and store our luggage before check-in. This really saved our day. The staff was amazing, always very accommodating and had a personal approach. Very convenient parking, perfect location, delicious breakfast with lots of variety.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly charming and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or information about crete. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, featuring a large refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The beds were exceptionally cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep.
The breakfast offered was rich and delicious. The location is great, just a short walk from the shops, restaurants, and bars, with a bus stop conveniently nearby.

Είναι ένα εξαιρετικό, από κάθε άποψη, ξενοδοχείο. Πολύ ωραίο και πλούσιο πρωινό, μεγάλα, κομψά, άνετα και καθαρά δωμάτια, ωραία πισίνα, και σε ιδανική τοποθεσία. Και βέβαια το προσωπικό, o Θέμης και η ομάδα του. Φιλόξενοι, χαμογελαστοί, εξυπηρετικοί, σε κάνουν να νιώθεις ότι είσαι πιο πολύ σε ένα φιλικό σπίτι, παρά σε ξενοδοχείο. Νομίζω ότι όταν πάει κάποιος μια φορά στο Thalia Deco, πολύ δύσκολα δεν θα ξαναπάει. Προσωπικά πηγαίνω για 3η συνεχόμενη χρονιά και θα συνεχίσω να πηγαίνω. Μπράβο στο Θέμη και όλη την Ομάδα- Παρέα του Thalia Deco! Keep up the good work!

We really enjoy everything here. Medium size hotel with professional and helping staff. The rooms are big and comfortable. For breakfast you have everything you may think of in a very cosy breakfast area - best Coffee!! Dinner accros the road - same quality - buffet with ice cream included :). We needed help with accomodation for one extra night, suggestions about travel agencies, sandy beaches, taxi and we received every information with a smile and kind words. Central position very close to everything if you are looking to explore the island. 1 minute to bus station that take you to the ports ( Heraklion mainly because to Hersonissos you can go by foot in 10 minutes) if you want to go on a cruise, to the free aqua park of star beach - great for kids (also reachable by foot in 10 minutes) to the bus that takes you to water city, Very close to supermarket if you need anything. A lot of beaches to choose from - you just have to inform yourself at the reception. Best quality, reasonable priced. Thank you very much!!! We will come back for sure!

Einfach alles. Super nette und sehr sympathische Besitzer. Sehr harmonisches und mit Liebe geführtes Hotel.Bei Fragen wird immer geholfen und es werden gute Tipps gegeben, z.B für Ausflüge usw.Das Frühstücksbüffett ist außergewöhnlich, riesige Auswahl, immer frisch und selbstgemachte Produkte sind dabei. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wieder kommen. Danke nochmal für alles:) und den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

I had a truly brilliant experience at Thaila Deco Hotel. We arrived very early in the morning, around 4:00 a.m., after a long journey from Ukraine. To our delight, our room was already prepared and waiting for us, which was incredibly important after such a tiring trip.

We were also pleasantly surprised to receive our first breakfast for free — such a thoughtful gesture!

Very nice hotel with a warm friendly atmosphere, a chic location, great food and the best team - from the owners - receptionists - cooks to the cleaners. Many little things, which are very important for a comfortable stay, are thought out and provided to the guests of the hotel - excellent wifi, air conditioning, beach towels, coffee maker and kettle in the room, fridge with freezer, and many other important details. There's a room where you can leave your suitcases, change your clothes, take a shower and go to the beach if you arrive too early. Breakfasts are the freshest, delicious, quality products. Dinner in the neighboring restaurant on a pretty good level, pleasant atmosphere. We had a very good rest and will be happy to come again. We are very grateful and wish the hotel prosperity and good guests!
