I had a lovely stay in Bethmanowska hotel ! 10/10 I will recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances and most definitely come back!

Cons:

The only thing I struggled with was locating it with all the properties around haha but still I was very satisfied and everyone was very nice and happy to help :)

Beautiful city and very welcoming people. Hotel is amazing.
Pros:

Location and staff were amazing. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Leakage from hot tub in the room when we used it
Dj in the main square with sub woofer until nearly midnight each night, fine at weekends but we stayed Mon - Thurs. we were advised noise curfew was 10am.

Life in Krakow.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, great rooms, very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast, Lovely friendly staff. And well positioned on the square.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Staff were friendly. Was obviously going through a refurbishment whilst we were there as the stairs were covered in plastic. Would like to see the finished product. Got a bottle of prosecco and some soft drinks that were complimentary. Was clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The rooms were not sound proof.

The location is great. Staff was very welcoming. Carolina on Respetion is so lovely and helpful.
The breakfast was included in my booking and was very nice with lots of options. Also, in the evening, they had live music, which is such a nice touch. We had a double jacuzzi in our bedroom that was amazing

Cons:

It's an old building, so there were water leaks in various parts of the hotel, and some things are a little dated that could so with refreshing. For example, carpets, cushions but overall it's still a lovely hotel.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt in toller Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage am Hauptplatz mit Sicht auf den Hauptplatz. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, Sekt als Willkommensgruß, Frühstücksbuffet reichlich- allerdings finde ich es schade, dass man bei dem Zimmerpreis für eine heiße Schokolade zum Frühstück extra bezahlen muss.

Cons:

Fenster schon sehr alt und der äußere Teil ließ sich auch nicht öffnen, außerdem waren sie sehr hellhörig. Leider haben sie bei unserem Aufenthalt laute Musik direkt im lokal vor unserem Fenster gespielt. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Cons:

The person at the reception was rude. No possibility to hold my bag in storage when i checked out and wanted to explore the city before my flight in the evening. Said the storage room was full. When i insisted for 10min she found space. I would expect more for this level of hotel! It was hostel service.
