The view - was not expecting a view onto the square as that has a premium but opening the window to the back of the building was awful , dirty and noisey as the generator was going 24 hours. I think it was a generator . Luckily we literally slept there everything else was 5 stars woukd return but ask not to be placed in a similar room prior to staying.
Staff are friendly, my 2nd visit, they very kindly upgraded our room from a premium double to a suite, always clean, lovely comfy beds, will be staying again!

Location was fabulous, the staff were friendly and it was all the little things that made a difference.
We had a back room and the beautiful stain glass window did not open.
There could hardly be a better location in Krakow, on the very impressive main square. The side on which the hotel is located is lined with outdoor seating for cafes that attract much custom, and could be noisy. I don't know if the hotel has rooms on the front, but I'd asked for a quiet room, and ours, at the back, was completely quiet. My back had begun to hurt; the hotel, which makes a special point of providing bedding that suits the guests, changed the mattress for a firmer one. The breakfast was unusually full: not just the usual cold food (ham, cheese, smoked salmon, cereal, etc), but also food cooked to order (eggs in various forms, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc).
Given the location, the rooms were, not surprisingly, small. There was for instance no bench or raised surface on which to put either of my suitcases. The few flat surfaces were cluttered with tea-making equipment, an espresso machine, and a bottle of sparkling wine in a bucket, all of which, after a little resistance, the staff removed.

La posizione centrale ottima e comoda da raggiungere dall'aeroporto, disponibilità e cortesia del personale, la camera come da foto e molto pulita. Il letto comodissimo e con possibilità di scelta cuscini. Apprezzato lo spumante in camera come benvenuto.
La colazione ottima per noi ma prevalente il salato rispetto al dolce. Abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante tipico con cucina polacca e ci siamo trovati molto bene.
