Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location for Old Rethymno

The Hotel Leo is set in a fantastic 15th-century building in the heart of the old town of Rethymno. Ideally located for all the attractions the town has to offer and all within easy walking distance.
The owner was very welcoming. She was there to meet us and gave us all the information we needed for our stay.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, making the most of its history and amazing original stone features.
The room was very clean with beautiful furniture in keeping with the age and feel of the building. The bathroom was spacious with complimentary toiletries provided.
Tea and coffee facilities as well as a fridge were very welcome.
We had a great stay and will definitely be back when we return to Rethymno in the future.

Hotel in Mitten der Altstadt von Rethymno

Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können... ein kleines, aber feines Hotel in der Altstadt von Rethymno. Elini hat uns beim Check-in sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns alles bestens erklärt. Wir waren die letzten Gäste dieser Saison. Unser geräumiges Zimmer war zur Straße und hatte einen Balkon mit schönen Blick zum Geschehen. Frühstück gab es ein paar Schritte weiter bei "Stellas Kitchen" und auch das war jeden Morgen ein perfekter Start in den Urlaubstag. Da das Hotel in der Altstadt liegt, gibt es keine Parkplätze am Hotel, aber wir haben immer an der Festung (6 min Fußweg) einen kostenfreien Parkplatz gefunden. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Rethymno reisen, wäre das Leo Hotel unsere erste Wahl. Ganz bestimmt!

Très bon emplacement, à deux pas de la loggia vénitienne; quartier très joli et dans lequel on adore se perdre avec un dédale de rues pittoresques. Personne charmante à l'accueil, chambre très jolie dans une rue calme! Le petit déjeuner peut être pris non loin de là chez "Stella", où il est très bien!

Cons:

La difficulté potentielle de se garer car vieille cité classée, mais on trouve autour de la forteresse ou bien dans le parking payant non loin de là (tarifs raisonnables). Les toilettes dans la salle de bain = bof...

Nice place, with good hostess in central location
Pros:

Central location. Hostess very friendly. Provided fresh insect repellent for the mozzies.

Cons:

Bed could have been more comfortable. As with any central location there is can always be a little noise at night.
