Amazing stay at Leo Hotel—wonderful hospitality, spotless rooms, perfect location, and incredibly comfortable beds!
Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay at Leo Hotel in Rethymno and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and happily accommodated every request. Her warm and genuine hospitality really made our stay feel special.

The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and in a fantastic, very central location. Everything was within easy walking distance, while the hotel itself was peaceful and comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Most importantly, we felt completely at home and comfortable from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to find a place where the hospitality feels so personal and sincere.

We would absolutely stay at Leo Hotel again and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rethymno. Thank you so much for making our stay so lovely!

Genuine kindnes of the owner, location, beautiful old building with a great style.

Cons:

Just a little sugestion, do not keep plastic flowers and plants as well as dry flowers, it only colects dust does not compliment such a spetial place.

Leo Hotel is a lovely hotel with an excellent location.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The a/c worked well in the room. Eleni was very friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and provided recommendations when we asked. Location is excellent for Old Town exploration.

Cons:

There is no a/c in the hall or lobby. There is no elevator, but that was okay with us.

A stay to remember!
Pros:

Ηταν πεντακαθαρο, το προσωπικο εξαιρετικα ευγενικο σε τελεια τοποθεσια ακριβως στο κεντρο τξς παλιας πολης.

Cons:

Οτι δεν δεν ειχε παραθυρο η τουαλετα ωστε να αεριζεται μετα το μπανιο , δεν ειχε καδο για τα σκουπιδια και δεν ειχε μερος να απλωσουμε τις πετσετες.

Eleni was such a wonderful host — incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. My mother and I felt so comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. Eleni is like a ray of sunshine! ☀️

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the beautiful Old Town of Rethymno. The room was lovely, and everything was very clean, with daily room cleaning.

Hyvä sijainti, kiva sisustus, historiallinen rakennus. Avulias henkilökunta .

Cons:

Sängyt ja tyynyt kaipaavat uusimista. Ulko-oven avaus tuotti meille ongelmia 😂. Ystävillemme naapuri ravintolan rouva ”Joanna” auttoi ja avasi oven🥰.
