Pros:

Place was difficult to find, shabby and dirty. No in house dining. Bed wasn't comfortable. Some old ,flat bed and pillow...dirty sheets

Great location, but nothing else special, and need to come prepared for the noise.
Pros:

Decent room in terms of basic functionality; the main reason to stay here is just the location, a very short walk from the bustling 80ft road, and yet in a quiet cul-de-sac where there is no traffic or noise outside.

Cons:

I guess one is paying a premium mainly for the location; otherwise, this place is pretty overpriced, given that things are quite basic. The single biggest source of discomfort is the noise; most of the rooms are closely clustered around the lobby/reception/dining area, and the soundproofing is essentially non-existent. So there is constant noise and activity from outside. Room 103 gets a lot of noise from the reception and from the neighbouring room, with constant loud conversations, blaring TV and mobile phone videos, etc.
Cleanliness is also not great, and all other furniture, fittings etc. in the room are OK but nothing particularly nice.

So there is constant noise and activity from outside. The dining area seems to be particularly noisy, and room 109 where I stayed gets a lot of noise from the kitchen. For some reason they wash the dishes loudly at precisely 1.30am every night, and so your sleep is guaranteed to be disrupted.

Cleanliness is also not great, and all other furniture, fittings etc. in the room are OK but nothing particularly nice.

Cons:

The room was not very clean, the washroom was not very clean and the water from the tap also had a weird smell to it. Towels were not new and overall I would never recommend staying here. Too much for the price and the location is not great. Never coming back here.

Excellent.
Pros:

The staff was very good and understanding. They even go out of their way to accommodate. For example I wanted tea early in the morning, earlier than when they start serving breakfast. However when I requested the person at the reception, he was kind to make me one.

Pros:

There was nothing that we liked but we had no option to change the booking on the spot as we reached the suites in the night. They charged a INR 3.3K and the price was not worth for the room they provided by the receptionist.

Cons:

I had to change the room thrice.

1st room was very untidy(toilets) and was small.
2nd room was a bit spacious but had short circuit and took the receptionist 30mins to provide us with other rooms.
3rd room was better but in the noon the receptionist asked me to move back to second room as they had accepted another guest without even informing me. They did not even change the bedsheets, blankets and pillow cover for the next guest. They just dusted it and kept it ready for the next guests.🤢 Overall I had very bad experience and I wouldn't recommend this suites to anyone especially if you tired from traveling. These situations will exhaust you more and it's so annoying 😑

Loved location ,and staff ,but rooms in need off an over hall for money they charge
Pros:

The location,the staff ,breakfast

Cons:

The rooms are very basic in need off a deep clean ,a paint ,and fresh end up in general
Also in need off an international card machine ,as having to pay cash can cause a problem
