Grandiose Lage, gutes Haus, toller Service
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, unweit des Stephansplatz. Jeweils eine U-Bahn- (U1 Stephansplatz) und Tramhaltestelle (Tram 2 Stubentor) sind einfach erreichbar. Auch zahlreiche Lokale und Geschäfte (z.B. ein BIlla) sind nah.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Personal (Rezeption, Frühstücksraum und Room-Service) sind sehr freundlich. Toll ist auch, dass es eine Mini-Küchenzeile mit Geschirr und Geschirrspüler gibt. Da wir mit einem kleinen Hund unterwegs waren, haben wir auch die Nähe zu Stadtpark geschätzt.

Pros:

Отличное расположение: в пяти минутах ходьбы Дом Моцарта, Дом музыки и другие достопримечательности. Рядом с отелем много хороших кафе и ресторанов. Номера просторные и теплые, есть мини-кухня и ванна, уборка проводилась каждый день. Завтракали также в отеле — всё было удобно и приятно.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom Stephansdom entfernt. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very close to St Stephen's Square area but on a nice quiet road. Room cleaned everyday and was a very comfortable size.

What could have been better for us was a firmer bed but this is being very picky.

清潔で広い室内。比較的静かな部屋。個別空調。最低限の調理器具が備わっている。シュテファン広場、国立歌劇場等まで徒歩圏内。地下鉄駅から比較的近い。レストランや商店が豊富にある。チェックイン時間より早めに到着したが少し待って部屋に入れてもらえた。

Cons:

シャワーホースとシャワーヘッドの接続部などで水が漏れていた。
昼間のエレベーターの待ち時間が長い。清掃スタッフも同じエレベーターを使用しているからか。
食器洗い機の洗剤タブレットが1個しか置いておらずスタッフから複数もらった。はじめからたくさん置いてほしい。
