Great location
Pros:

The location waw great, it was convenient & centerally located. At night it was a bit noisy from "partiers" but once we closed the windows it as fine. The breakfast however was far more expensive for what what offered. We felt it was a rip off.

Cons:

It was nosy at night however got better when we closed the windows.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and a kitchenette!
Pros:

Great place to stay in the heart of Vienna! The room was very comfortable, and the kitchenette was well stocked with equipment and enabled us to have some meals in our room. The staff were very helpful and the location made it easy to get around via walking and public transportation!

Pros:

Steps from St. Stephen's and St. Peter's Cathedrals. Lots of outdoor cafes on the main square. You feel like you're in the mix of tourist and locals. Breakfast was awesome.

Cons:

We asked for a full bed or queen, instead we were given 2 twin beds pushed together with a Crack in the middle.

modern, beste Lage (also für uns), normalerweise sind wir in einem Hotel eine Querstrasse weiter, das war ausgebucht, Zimmer perfekt, kleine Küchenzeile Kaffekapselmaschine ... Kühlschrank, alles was man braucht. Ein Zimmer wurde sogar kostenlos storniert, obwohl Frist weit überschritten, danke auch gleich noch mal

garnix, die Baustelle vor dem Haus als der Strassenbelag aufgerissen wurde kann man ja schlecht dem Hotel anlasten, und wird ja auch mal vorbei sein.

Wir kommen immer gerne wieder und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Trip nach Wien.
Pros:

Super zentral gelegen, sehr geräumig und sehr ordentlich und sauber. Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal dort.

Great aparthotel in the middle of Vienna
Pros:

Fantastic location close to St. Stephen's and other attractions. Easy to access public transport and Stadtpark is only a 5 minute walk. There are many restaurants to choose from. The room was large with a fully stocked kitchen.

Cons:

1. Only two flat pillows on the bed. Had to ask for more.
2. Only two small bath towels. Had to ask for more. Then when housekeeping came they did not replace them.
3. The laundry facility needs better instructions for those of us that don't read German.

Great place in the center of things
Pros:

We got a one bedroom apartment and it was spacious and had plenty of closet/drawer space. The efficiency kitchen was just what we needed and included a dishwasher which we did not expect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The location is close to everything we had time to see so we were able to walk everywhere. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The restaurant across the street - Gasthaus zu den 3 Hacken - was excellent.
