A great getaway from Cartagena that’s only 15 min away in a boat ride.
Pros:

The staff are super attentive and lovely.
The food was great too.

Beautiful beach location but service quality has declined from previous stays.
Pros:

The sea at Fenix beach was great, and the restaurant was excellent as always. The location and beach setting remain beautiful. I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and have always enjoyed the experience.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this stay didn't match my previous experiences. I always rent one of the main cabins with a mayordomo, but this time the service from him and the team was not as good as before. Restaurant availability was also disappointing - not sure if this was because my stay was close to the holidays. Additionally, communication via WhatsApp for pickup arrangements was quite slow.

Gewelige plek om even te ontspannen!
Pros:

Wat een geweldige plek. Het is maar vijftien minuten met de boot. Als je even weg wilt uit de warme stad is deze plek heerlijk. Prachtig strand. Heerlijk zwembad en aardig personeel.
Onze deluxe bungalow was echt prachtig! Wat een geweldige plek is Fenix Beach!
