The photos really don’t do this property justice. It’s much larger than it looks online, with so many beautiful spaces and areas that aren’t shown on the main listing. Our room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, and service on the beach was consistently prompt. Some of the food was amazing, especially the seafood pasta and pistachio ice cream. The complimentary boat shuttle into Cartagena was also a great touch. They even hosted a lunar eclipse bonfire during our stay, which was such a memorable experience. Sam from Guest Services was amazing — extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
And cabanas are in abundance!
Our room incorporated a large tree and was essentially partially open-air, which looked beautiful but also meant critters could get inside. Our keycards also repeatedly demagnetized. Beach towels are available by request, but a self-service towel station would be much more convenient. The biggest issue is that there is no shop on the island for basic essentials. We needed things like toothpaste and sunscreen and had no way to buy them without going back into Cartagena. Water at the hotel is also quite expensive, so I’d strongly recommend stocking up on water and essentials before taking the boat over.

For the amount of money paid the breakfast was disappointing. Very limited options and small portions. The breakfast location was suboptimal, not enough shade and many small bugs. The rooms, though clean, are in dire need of upgrade and maintenance.
Es hermosa la playa con camastros muy cómodos frente al mar. El desayuno es diferente y muy rico, pero es lento que te traigan las cosas y tenes que pedir varias veces. Es linda la piscina y calentita el agua.es bueno el restaurante y el servicio en la playa. Buen servicio de traslado a Cartagena.
No tiene agua caliente y no se especifica en Booking. A su vez es poca la presión del agua.
Es una experiencia diferente, es un hotel con una playa practicamente privada en un sector muy hermoso de la isla. La alimentacion es muy rica, y la vista es espectacular. Nos gustaron mucho las camas de sol y el bar de playa.
No pudimos disfrutar de las actividades adicionales, ni diurenas ni nocturnas porque llovio practicamente todo el viaje.
Un lugar muy tranquilo, la playa privada. La habitación fue grande y cómoda.
No había mucha variedad en los almuerzos y Cenas. Aunque sabemos que el estado del mar no depende de ellos, es triste ver como que en algunas tarde llega basura por la marea.
El sitio es bonito y te facilitan el ir a Cartagena pero es lo único bueno
No tienen agua caliente según “el nivel” de tu habitación y pagamos una doble deluxe y lo mismo con el servicio de habitaciones. Preguntas por las excursiones que ofrecen y nadie sabe nada ni dónde esperar ni dónde pagar, nadie sabe nada. Por último el servicio es pésimo, horrible, es increíble como hay demasiado servicio y ninguno es capaz de atenderte se demoran demasiado con la comida y puedes llegar a pedir sal,un bote de sal, hasta seis veces y nadie te lo trae, además nadie te dice nada al hacer el check in ni donde es el desayuno ni qué horario hay nada tienes que preguntar a varias personas hasta dar con alguno que sepa esa información; ya no solo el mal servicio te cobran un 20% de propina sin decir nada. El sitio no es sucio pero las toallas que te dan en la playa del propio hotel están sucias con manchas al igual que los puf de todo el exterior. En conclusión no es un buen hotel teniendo en cuenta que se supone que es un cuatro estrellas y que pagas un buen dinero
