Siempre me alojo acá , tiene todas las comodidades playa, tranquilidad , piscina , buena comida , y sobre todo buen ambiente todo el día ..

Todo muy tranquilo, sin vendedores acosando, se pueden dejar las pertenencias en la playa. El personal es decente y respetuoso.
Los servicios adicionales como decoraciones no los cumplen, los reservé con anterioridad. Es un poco demorado el servicio en la Cena.
La experiencia vivida en fénix, fue fenomenal la habitación, súper limpia, cómoda y cerca del mar. La comida súper exquisita. Destacó la atención 10/10 .

Extrem laute Musik. Der DJ hat hier klare Vorfahrt, der Fokus liegt auf wirklich super lauter Musik.
Kein Familien Reiseziel.
Essen (auch Frühstück) nur Mittelmäßig.
Die Anlage ist insgesamt ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Personal ist größtenteils unaufmerksam.
Das ist insgesamt ziemlich schade, weil der Ort soviel Potential für ein grossartiges Resort Erlebnis hätte.
Great place to relax for a few days
Really needs an on site shop to buy things like water.
The service was at times slow. We organised a special dinner and were effectively forgotten about. Our drinks took 30 mins to come and only came after being prompted. We also had to chase to order a dessert. Disappointing considering we’d paid for a special beach side table and were celebrating a birthday.

Que perdimos la tarjeta de la habitación y nos cobraron por darnos otra!!
El staff es super amable y colaborador. Tuvimos un par de solicitudes sobre el baño y las atendieron inmediatamente. Gracias!
Vimos perritos en condiciones muy tristes en el hotel. Ojalá pudieran hacer algo por ellos.
I liked the places, closed to the beach
La comida es muy buena y de calidad, sus cocteles igual. La piscina De la Villa muy limpia.
No cumplieron con la promesa de valor al alquilar las Villas en cuanto atención y room service.
La habitación, muy amplia, muy buen aire acondicionado y un excelente baño.
Poca variedad de desayuno internacional, si no te gusta la comida caribeña no podrás desayunar nada. Y muy lento el servicio, mínimo 40/50 minutos para que te sirvan el desayuno o la comida.
Food was very good
There is a lot of mosquitos all over the place, they should focus on this since this issue is very annoying even in the restaurants when having breakfast.

La ubicación, la tranquilidad.. es un hotel donde uno se puede relajar y pasar un muy buen rato
El personal es muy amable, pero falta un poco de atención al detalle.. los tiempos para entrega de comidas son muy altos, en la zona de juegos hay agua y café disponible pero solo dejan un par de vasos y cuando ya alguien los usa nadie los cambia para que el resto los pueda usar, en la playa no había personal pendiente para uno hacer pedidos para los huéspedes, solo se veía para las pasadías. La carta de comidas es un poco limitada.
