Ein Beachclub für einen Tagesausflug in Ordnung. Für eine längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Das Personal war freundlich bei direktem Kontakt. Das Essen Abend war gut. Der Vibe am Lagerfeuer am Abend war cool.

Cons:

Es ist mehr ein Beachclub als ein Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr dunkel und düster. Die Klimaanlage war direkt auf das Bett ausgerichtet. Die Fenster waren dreckig und schmutzig. Auf dem Balkon und a den Fenstern waren Farbflecken. Es kam kein heißes Wasser für eine Dusche - maximal lauwarm. Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Die WC-Spülung hatte unregelmäßige Aussetzer.

Pros:

O hotel é limpo, os quartos confortáveis e a comida do hotel é toda muito boa.

Cons:

Não tinha água quente, apesar de toda a simpatia, tudo demora muito. A água do mar não é a mesma das fotos, e tem sempre música alta na praia, não é um sítio bom para descansar.

Las condiciones de la habitación, viajamos con una niña y la puerta de la terraza no cerraba, los barrotes de madera estaban rotos y existía el peligro de que se cayese la niña. Falta de Iluminación.

Gute Lage, Guter Start durch die Begrüßung dann leider stark nachgelassen
Pros:

Wir sind mit dem Boot angekommen und uns hat die persönliche Begrüßung sehr gut gefallen. Gepäck wurde uns abgenommen und obwohl wir sehr früh waren konnten wir nach ein paar Minuten das Zimmer beziehen und umziehen und gleich die Anlage genießen. Am Abend war es eine sehr angenehme Stimmung durch die Lichter und die Dekoration.

Cons:

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es ist in vielen Bereichen ein Update notwendig und den positiven Eindruck der Ankunft durch den gesamten Aufenthalt zu halten, sowohl im Zimmer als auch die Ausstattung am Strand. Wir waren sehr früh wach und wollten den Strand geniessen aber leider waren frische Strandhandtücher erst ab 10 Uhr zur Verfügung, auch der Service an der Bar war erst nach Eintreffen der Tagesgäste vorhanden. Ein Punkt hat uns gar nicht gefallen, wir hatten unsere Zimmerkarte am Strand in der Anlage verloren und der Ersatz der Plastikkarte wurde uns in Rechnung gestellt.

La chambre était spacieuse, bel accueil avec boisson, feu le soir au restaurant et distribution de chamalow

Cons:

La longueur du service ! Que ce soit au petit déjeuner ou au dîner. Il y a beaucoup de personnel mais il manque de formation. L'établissement dans son ensemble aurait besoin d'un bon coup de peinture, il paraît délabré, c'est dommage... Deux nuits étaient suffisantes.

Het ontbijt was goed! We waren heel blij met onze kamer.

Cons:

De kwaliteit van het eten in het restaurant viel tegen. Het is ook niet een hele geschikte locatie voor gezinnen. Elke dag van 10u in de ochtend tot minstens 23u in de avond hele harde muziek wat niet stopt. Op 1 avond trilden onze ramen er zelfs van, het was niet normaal en er werd niets gedaan met onze klachten. Meer een party resort, wat prima is maar maak er dan adults only van. Heel veel zwerfhonden die ook op de fatboys zitten en dus onder de haren en pis zitten. Het eiland zelf is bedolven onder afval, we zijn na 10 minuten teruggekeerd waardoor je dus genoodzaakt bent in het resort te blijven en te eten.

Everything was a hassle and in the end they charged us double from the minibar:

Boat trip had to be reconfirmed 3 times, check in took an hour only to be informed next day that we are not checked in, breakfast orders came wrong and special diets were not taken into consideration. Check out and sorting the invoice took an hour and ended up still being wrong. they tried to double charge the boat trip and next day I noticed that minibar was charged twice. tried to rectify it with them and they didn't respond to email/whatsapp/insta inquiries.

House had only 1 key and 2 complimentary coffees for 4 people.

Un tesoro increíble a solo 10 minutos de Cartagena !
