Cons:

In der Buchungsbestätigung stand „eigenes Badezimmer, Aussicht, Bademantel, Heizung,...." als ich eingetroffen bin, war es im Zimmer bitterkalt, man hatte vergessen, die Heizung einzuschalten. Nach einiger Zeit wurde es etwas wärmer. Die Aussicht ging direkt auf eine Wand, zudem war das Zimmer sehr dunkel. Als ich darauf hinwies, wurde mir gesagt, es gebe noch ein Zimmer zur Strasse hin, dieses sei jedoch lärmig. Sonst könne man leider nichts machen. Gegen Mittag des nächsten Tages wurde mir schliesslich ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, da machte es nicht mehr gross Sinn, umzuziehen.
