Très grosse déception au prix fort pour notre anniversaire de mariage
Pros:

Le joli jardin et la grande chambre moderne même si elle n'était pas totalement prête à 20h

Cons:

L'odeur des champs
La fête toute proche et pas annoncée jusqu'à 2h du matin
Climatisation non fonctionnelle et impossibilité de garder la fenêtre du rez ouverte faute de stores
Le très mauvais service du restaurant avec une fausse provenance du poisson et un serveur arrogant
Nous avons dû redemander la bouteille de vin pour en terminer le dernier tiers
Le harcèlement pour le paiement d'un solde de facture de 10%
En fait une grossière erreur de la réception que nous avions pris pour un geste commercial

Sehr schöne Lage, schöne Zimmer, super freundliches Personal

Cons:

Zimmer waren zu heiss, Ventilator hat zwar geholfen, aber bei einem Hotel in dieser Klasse ist AC ein Must.

Déceptif même si le spa mérite une mention spéciale
Pros:

Le Spa est très bien et très propre. Parfait pour les amateurs. Le déjeuner varié et garni d'un plateau de fromages locaux très bon. L'accueil au petit déjeuner très bien.

Cons:

L'hôtel prétend un classement en 4 étoiles. Les 4 étoiles sont peu justifiés. la chambre est banale sans confort notable et celle du raz de chaussée donnant sur la rue particulièrement chaude en ces jours de fortes chaleurs. L'accueil très peu chaleureux et peu précis pour les renseignements.

Empfang trotz vorheriger Absprache Gegen 21:30 unwillkommen. Zimmer 103 hat drei Fenster zum Flur zwischen zwei Gebäuden mit Beleuchtung die ganze Nacht und Jalousien/Rolläden die bei dem dort herrschenden Wind wie ein Förderband einer Fabrik rattern. Ladesäule für E-Auto funktioniert weder mit EnBW noch Maingau DE Karten noch mit Kreditkarte oder etwas vom Hotel. Rezeption desinteressiert

Das Restaurant war top. Das Frühstück war super.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag an der Strasse war laut und schlecht zu lüften. Die Kirchenglocken läuteten jede Stunde in der Nacht.
