Pros:

Resepsiyonist Stefanos mükemmeldi.Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Ptel çok temiz ve hijyen gayet iyi. Yatak odası tarafındaki klima çalışmıyordu.
Bir türk damak tadına sahip biri olarak kahvaltı çok standarttı. Demli çay olmaması sıkıntılıydı.
Fakat Stefanos un yardımseverliği olağanüstü idi….

Perfect location. Reception staff very friendly. Room was ideal for our needs.

Cons:

No facilities to buy a cold drink or water on property. This is unusual for a B&B. Not even a vending machine to buy a cold drink. They claim you can buy drinks from the supermarket but the fridge in the room only fits a few small cans (no tall water bottles). Fridge is really tiny and not cold enough. Staff also leave the property at 6pm (any issues call sister hotel. Reception area all switched off/dark). Early pool close at 6pm and staff make you feel rushed by cleaning and tidying pool area from 5pm to get ready to go home.
dont bother with the breakfast. Its very basic. Its not worth it & very bland. Had to ask everyday for teabags as none left on counter and fruit was just a banana or a apple in fruit bowel. No staff around to ask for items at breakfast time when stock ranout.

All of our expectations were met, we have nothing bad to say at all and would highly recommend.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay- it exceed our expectations. The room was perfect for us and everything felt extremely clean. We didn't have a single issue during our stay, especially as the room came with lots of amenities including a hair dryer, slippers, shampoo, toothbrushes etc. The pool was a great size and was never too busy or too quiet, as a group of 4 we never struggled to get a sun bed. Also, it wasn't often shady, the pool had towels available and floaties which were extremely fun. The staff were lovely, they helped us book taxis when needed, including when we had to get back to the airport. The cleaners did a great job daily and were very kind, the breakfast was suitable to our expectations and needs, it includes stuff such as fruit, yogurt, toast, pastries, juice and coffee. We were unsure on the distance to the old town and centre, however, we found both to be only a short walk of around 10/15min which was perfect for us. We only used taxis to go to Faliraki a couple of times, which cost us around 25 euro. The area felt very safe even at night time, there is a convenient shop 3 minutes down the road which had all of our basic needs covered. We were also able to order food online to the hotel door which was not too expensive at all. We were skeptical from previous reviews of the condition of the hallway carpet, however on arrival we were pleased to see this had been completely replaced with no issues at all. Overall we had an amazing experience and would definitely be happy to come back in the future.

Cons:

Honestly, we had no complaints at all. The hotel met our expectations on all parts and was more than suitable for our week long stay.

Well maintained property, good facilities, good firm pillows, great location, helpful staff, daily cleaning and towel changes. Quiet local area. Lovely pool facilities.

Cons:

Bed was a little soft for my preference. Breakfast choices could have been wider, e.g. more fruit, nut and cereal options.
