Pros:

This place is charming and a great bargain at the price. My only complaint is that it faces a busy street, so I would advise trying to get a room that is not in the front of the building.

Pros:

We stayed for one night before flying out of Chiang Mai airport and loved it. We booked a family room, which was essentially a very large suite (much bigger than we expected). The complimentary cokes and water were a nice touch. We found the staff to be very friendly and enjoyed the included breakfast, which included made to order eggs, a small portion of ham, and various fruit, yogurt, cereal etc.

Pros:

Location is excellent. Front desk clerk was very helpful. Daily maid service to clean tge room was non-existent.

Pros:

The room is spacious and tasty.
The breakfast can be improved. We found several ants in the muesli.

Nice Decor and Close Proximity to Walking Streets
Pros:

The decor of the hotel is very pretty! However, the bed is a bit too hard!
