Total waste of money . I recommend no one. Rooms are not as it shows. Be careful.

I had a wonderful lunch meeting at ITC with my business partners. The hospitality was exceptional, and my clients were thoroughly impressed with the service and ambiance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!!!

Rooms condition was very poor

It looks like the hotel is acquired by some other owner. This hotel used to be good but it's pathetic now.. no service no maintenance no cleaning.
AC was not working
Taps are so old in every room I tried 2 that they leak

Mosquito issue was there.. plus washroom needs to be cleaned.

also daily cleaning is required. i stayed there for 5 days .. room was not cleaned.

Please dont book this place , i recently book this place from booking.com the place was very bad smelled with ciggarate. bathroom was un hyginic. ac was smelly like smoke. The room is not what you see in the photos.

This was my 2nd stay post good experience at Oct’17 but this time it was a nightmare.

- Check-in was worst as i reached at hotel on 10:30 PM but no one was available at front desk and none of the contact numbers were reachable. After waiting for 30 Mins one person came stating he was having dinner.
- Lift wasn’t functional due to back water smell.
- Entire lobby was smelling bad due to back water issues .
- Rooms were dirty, no soap / toiletries in bathroom, - Bed-sheet had stains. Asked for a replacement but got answer like there’s no operational laundry since past few days so can’t change.
- No hot water and after requesting for 10 times also no response received from only one functional guy at reception.

Best service i got from this branch of octave hotel thanks to their all staffs and manager sir was awesome person he guides me in every step from entry untill leave awesome stay best food thanks a lot to all

I had booked Executive Room on hotel.com and when I visited they allocated me room, which was nothing like shown in hotels.com pics, it's all fake... hotel was very dirty ... on 2nd floor there was very very BAD smell ... never book this hotel, it's waste of money.. staff was also not so good.. they are just doing timepass... room was also not clean....

Very bed experience in this hotel. please don't choose this hotel to stay arrival time no one is there in the front desk. when I was ask for check in one staff member is saying my sir is coming. wait. room was not clean bathroom was filled with musqito bed set was bedly stained tv was not working and staff is making me fool saying this is network problem and. no water also in the room but asking for money before check in in room booking portal room rete was 1000 but when I checked in the staff is saying 1600 nothing is there in the room no towels also no hot water very poor hotel if you can't ran the hotel please sut done the hotel don't make your customers fool like that one more thing in room booking portal sowing breakfast included but when I checked in staff is saying because of pandemic it's closed

please don't make your customers chutiya.. I will give this hotel 000000 zero resting.

Standard Business stay hotel

The Check-in process was good. The property is run-down and needs upkeep. I was given a room which was reeking of smoke smell in a 'non-smoking' room. The hotel staff refused to change the room citing that no other rooms were available.

Arrived late/very early morning to find a night porter sleeping on the sofa in Reception. Had to push for towels as none in the room and told I couldn't get any until the check-in staff arrived. Room was very dirty, sheets were badly stained, and the whole hotel needs an upgrade - dodgy wiring and nosy air conditioning. I found another hotel in the area and checked out the same day.

The stay was good and the staff was friendly. The shoe stands that are broken can be looked into and fixed. Overall good.
