Very nice hotel with a lovely garden and outside sitting areas. The room was lovely and had everything I needed. I chose this location for the parking, and was able to find a free spot just behind the hotel. Calm, cozy and close to Sienna s city center.

Cons:

I got many messages reminding me of the limited check in desk time - upon replying to it twice I was still reminded again. I found this to be a bit irritating and not so welcoming. Reminding guests once or offer different solutions would be good. The breakfast was okayish, the bread I had was hard. For the price+value and overall experience I wanted to mention those two points. Otherwise all good, thank you!

Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile, la struttura molto bella e ben curata, pulitissima, le camere ben arredate e spaziose, inoltre hanno soddisfatto le nostre richieste in più senza nessun problema.

Cons:

Nulla ritornerò volentieri presso questa struttura se dovessi tornare a Siena. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Pros:

Gostei de tudo, simplesmente fantástico! Funcionários super atenciosos, educados e prestativos. O quarto era bem espaçoso e confortável com amenidades de excelente qualidade. A sala de café da manhã é fabulosa, com vista para os jardins da casa. O café da manhã é muito variado, tudo muito gostoso. Muito bem localizada, isenta de ZTL, muito próxima a entrada turística da cidade, onde é possível estacionar sem pagar nada.
