Very nice hotel, walkable distance from the center, view on the fortress from the window, lovely garden. My room was super clean and quiet, it has a second door in the bedroom, the bed is amazing. My room had all the facilities that I could be needing - a hairdryer, a kettle, shampoo etc. the staff was helpful and attentive. They maintain rooms very nicely. I'm thankful and content with my stay!

Soggiorno stupendo. Città meravigliosa dall’aspetto medievale molto ben tenuta
Pros:

Posizione a ridosso del centro storico di Siena e con vista sul parco della fortezza medicea. Colazione sia dolce che salata con buffet internazionale: non enorme ma ben fornito.

Cons:

Orari della reception: chiusura alle 20:00 (con chiave per aprire il portone d’ingresso) e poca presenza la mattina per impegno del personale nelle colazioni.

A beautiful, relaxed hotel
Pros:

A beautiful classically styled hotel with comfortable rooms, we stayed in 303 and 103. Breakfast was served in a beautiful breakfast room, buffet style. The gardens are pretty and a nice place to relax. I loved the neighborhood.
