Altes Laboratorium zu Apartments umgebaut.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Personal am Buffett freundlich. Für kleine Kinder lohnt es sich allerdings nicht zu bezahlen. Sie haben ein Joghurt gegessen. Mein Zimmer ( Room 305 ) war prima. Das Bett und das Bad waren gut. Mein Fenster ging nach hinten raus und man konnte es öffnen. Die Geschichte des Hauses ist sehr interessant.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer gut und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer für meine Tochter ( Room 316 zum gleichen Preis) war kleiner und man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen. Sie waren mit Schrauben festgenagelt. Man hat ihr freundlicherweise einen Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt, das ersetzt aber keineswegs Frischluft. Ein Zimmer in dem man keine Fenster öffnen kann ist eigentlich nicht akzeptabel. Leider ist Solna etwas weit von Stockholm entfernt und für Kinder nicht so attraktiv. Das ist aber unsere Schuld dass wir nicht geschaut haben. Wir mussten wegen einer Situation innerhalb der Familie sowieso nach 2 Tagen abreisen, statt die Woche in Anspruch zu nehmen. Leider konnte man keinen Preiserlass bekommen, weder für das Zimmer ohne Frischluft, noch für die frühe Abreise.

Disapointed with the communication & can't open the windows - not enough air

Easy self-check-in

Cons:

We really dislike the communication. The host replies seems almost like "AI robot answers" with 0 empathy from the host side. Be careful if you drive with car the parking lots in front of the hotel are for paying by app and only few spots are without any sign and for hotel parking. Customer support from the hotel can't explain properly where to park by chat and you are risking to receive the fine.
We also dislike the windows which can't open and it was hot and not enough air inside the room.
