הנוף לים

Cons:

רציתי לשתף בחוויה המאכזבת שלנו מהמלון, בתקווה שאחרים יוכלו לקבל החלטה מושכלת.

אנחנו מטיילים בעולם כבר למעלה מעשור, ובכל השנים האלה מעולם לא נתקלנו בצוות כל כך לא שירותי ולא מסביר פנים. לאורך כל השהות הרגשנו שאנחנו פשוט לא רצויים. רוב אנשי הצוות הסתובבו עם פנים חמוצות, כל בקשה נענתה בחוסר סבלנות, והיחס היה רחוק מלהיות אדיב או מכבד.

המלון כלל לא מותאם למשפחות עם ילדים. שיא החוויה היה כאשר בשעת לילה מנהל המלון פתח את דלת החדר של הילדים באמצעות המפתח שברשותו, ללא דפיקה וללא המתנה שיפתחו לו. הוא נכנס לחדר והחל לצעוק על שני ילדים בני 12 ו-14, ואף איים שיזמין משטרה אם לא יהיו בשקט. מעבר לכך שמדובר בהתנהגות לא ראויה, זו הייתה חדירה חמורה לפרטיות שהשאירה אותנו בהלם.

גם בארוחת הבוקר השירות היה מאכזב. בעמדת הכנת הביצים העובדות פשוט התעלמו מהאורחים. כשפנינו אליהן בבקשה להכין ביצים, נענינו בתגובה: “תאכלו מה שיש”. זו אינה רמת השירות שמצפים לקבל במלון.

כדי להחמיר את המצב, ביומיים האחרונים לשהות כלל לא היו מים חמים במקלחת, מה שפגע משמעותית בנוחות שלנו.

לצערנו, זו הייתה אחת מחוויות האירוח הגרועות ביותר שחווינו. לא נחזור למלון הזה, ואנחנו לא ממליצים עליו כלל, במיוחד למשפחות עם ילדים. מבחינתנו, יש הרבה מקומות אחרים שבהם יודעים לכבד את האורחים ולתת שירות ברמה הראויה.

Fantastisk personale over heile linja. Det var reint og fint. Beliggenheten var ypperlig og hadde ei lita strand rett nedfor hotellet som var veldig kjekk. Basseng området på hotellet var veldig kjekt å bruke med bar og god mat. Gamlebyen var utrulig flott og det var flotte strender. Her reiser vi gjerne igjen

Pros:

The hotel was absolutely perfect. Mr. Stelios, the manager and all of the staff were exceptional, I genuinely couldn't fault them. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They even kindly drove us to the bus station because we had suitcases, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

The hotel itself was spotless, spacious and well equipped. Our room included a fridge, hob, and basic kitchen facilities with all the essential cooking equipment. Although there wasn't a microwave, we had everything else we needed. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, which made our stay even more comfortable.

There were two swimming pools available. We personally preferred the smaller, more secluded pool, which was 1.40m deep, while the main pool was larger and around 1.60m deep.

The included breakfast was also very good, offering a nice variety each morning. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently located just a 10–15 minute walk from the beautiful old town of Rethymno.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Cons:

The breakfast was very enjoyable overall, although the options for vegetarians were somewhat limited, and there were no halal meat options available. It would have been great to see alternatives such as vegetarian or halal sausages included in the selection.
That said, the variety of vegetables and fresh fruit was excellent, with plenty of healthy choices available each morning. I also loved that they offered many traditional Greek and Cretan breakfast dishes, which gave a nice local touch and allowed guests to experience the regional cuisine.
