Location was great

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Interior design very dark and some of the staff seemed to be sleepwalking. Breakfast was sufficient though.

Centrally located and comfortable room with parking and breakfast.
Pros:

Fantastic little hotel in the heart of the city. Close to everything with breakfast and underground parking included. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and overall it was just a nice little spot

Cons:

We arrived around 10am and our room was ready but we could not check-in early without paying 30 euro. I was already paying 550 Euro for 2 nights (which is not expensive by Iceland standards but still expensive). Trying to get another 2.5% of the total cost of my stay so I could get in a couple of hours early after an overnight flight really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Pros:

Walking distance of downtown. Above avg breakfast. 3 hours long with many plentiful options. Nice hot showers. Parking included-- a BIG plus.

Cons:

HOT, HOT rooms. Only 1 window opened. Needed 2 fans to tolerate & made sure every heater was off!!! Got sparky if you took a banana not eaten-- better than wasting! Iceland is ridiculously expensive, so taking an apple shouldn't cause WW3, but it seems this is a way to make tourists spend even more. Anywho... buyer beware! There's also a mileage tax if renting a car that's not published-- along with 24% VAT-- add an excursion & looking at $1000 a day.
