Good location and spacious accommodation
Kitchen was missing cleaning supplies and kitchen towels
Great location on a quiet street a block away from all the late night activities of JFK Park. Very nice staff.
La comodidad y distribución de la habitación en conjunto con la cordialidad del servicio.
En general, no encontré algo que no me haya gustado
Big room with a kitchen. Had a table and chairs.
Nice space.
Nice hotel in Miraflores close to park Kennedy.
Very convenient and nice staff
I was in the suite on the top floor. It was TRULY AWESOME and SPACIOUS, especially for the price.
I have only one complaint. It appeared it had not been dusted for a while. I hate to complain because it was a great space.
Need some renovation….
Good location and peaceful
Amazing small hotel. The room was super quiet with good air conditioning and a nice area with a kitchen. The staff were very nice and accommodating.
Nothing.
This hotel is mixed. Let's talk about the pros and cons:
Pros:
- Breakfast was great. Lots of selection and really friendly staff cooking.
- Lobby is great -- lots of sitting room and great ambiance.
- Kitchen is great, and rooms are spacious.
Now the cons:
- The front desk. Some staff were great, but others -- not so much. The guy that checked me in implied that there was no breakfast when I checked in by saying that there was a kitchen instead, causing me to miss the first day's breakfast. When I checked out, he also didn't turn on the lobby light or check on me when I tripped in the lobby. He also quoted a USD:PEN exchange rate of 1:3.9 when the market rate is closer to 1:3.5. Not sure if this is a hotel policy, and he wasn't unfriendly, but I definitely expected a bit more service.
- The bed and towels. The bed was so soft and old that it was uncomfortable, and the towels had a musty smell to them.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I don't think I would stay here again.
Kind staff, clean room.
The hotel is very close to Park Kennedy so all the noise from events there is noticeable. I had difficulties sleeping due to a concert there one night and was woken up by an event near the park another night.
Close to Kennedy park
Annoying reception, check everything 10 times, mistrust. Very small and cheap breakfast.
Central location.
Boutique... well the safe in the room was a bit 'vintage'. Only some of the keys on the keypad worked. However, it could be discretely opened and closed with the room key, without any code. No other boutique objects detected.
Also, there was a fine window in the bedroom.
Breakfast: Oriented at low-intake-diets. One day there was (very little) bread, the other one none. Fruits and vegetable: a few slices. They served 2 eggs after a 10-minute-wait, the other day 1 egg.
Second room had no window, no couch... it was more like a small kitchenette in the dark with a small table. So all in all, what you get wasn't a suite as advertised, but a bedroom with a dark kitchenette in a 2-star-hotel.
From the listing of hidden fees: Pay in Peruvian Soles? 15-20% extra (the hotel uses an exchange rate that is far off). Credit card? 5% on top. 2nd guest? The price of a single or a double occupancy room is the same, as advertised on Booking, but the hotel charges you 35 $ extra per night.
Huge room. Nice shower. Complete kitchen (at least in my room). Back room were extremely quiet.
The breakfast chef was nice with good food.
Safe was loose, anyone could carry it away: Beds could be a bit wider.
Very good rooms
