This apartment is not what is advertised, would not recommend to anyone.
Pros:

The location. Close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, and park for kids.

Cons:

Window latches broken so cold breeze into the lounge.
Lounge window open with a dehumidifier and tube hanging out the window. 2 seater uncomfortable couch that had a huge dip in the middle, not enough seating for a 4 bedroom apartment. TV old with no apps to watch, or ability to chrome cast. Blinds dont block out light or keep the apartment warm at night. Chewing gum stuck to wall in one of the bedrooms. Old coffee table with dents, scratches and marks. Entrance area by the door of apartment smelt like urine and stale food - not clean and fresh. Stained carpets. This apartment needs to be a lot cheaper to stay in to match what it actually is.

Great location but crappy place

the location is fantastic

Cons:

five days later and I still dont have my $100 bond for an extra key to the room. It was a 3 bedroom apartment with 4 guests and one key??!! The doors to the bedrooms were frosted glass so at night when the livingroom light was on your bedroom was completely lit up like daylight. Laundry door was hanging taken off and just sitting against the wall. Just looked and felt cheap and crappy. Beds were hard and uncomfotable

Overall Happy!
Pros:

The size of the apartment was great and all the amenities were perfect.

Cons:

The only thing was the accessibility for my pram to take my child up and down the stairs from the car park. Also the size of the car parks were a super squeeze but were ok.

Stay for 3 nights was Perfect especially the location.
Pros:

Location was great. Public transport was practically at your doorstep. Mall was a skip n a hop to get too. Bars & Restaurant all in walking distance. Room was clean, tidy and had all amenities you need as an apartment. Very secure facilities. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Cons:

We had a sort of heater or dehumidifier in our room which we didn't use because we didn't know how to operate it.
Reception staff need to be a bit more friendly and a bit more informative of your establishment.

Room was good. Instructions on how to unlock the dryer would be helpful

The staff. Building Manager.
I showed him the email which verified from the booking that free parking was included as check in was 12am an we checked out 9am . He instead choose to debate with me over it to which I ended up paying as we were too tired to continue and I had a car full of tired children. We just wanted to sleep

Magnifique vue d'en haut.

Cons:

Petite information pour ceux qui viendront à cette hôtel en voiture, on ne peut pas se garé devant l'hôtel comme l'indique le GPS. Il faut faire le tour de l'immeuble.
