Not great air conditioning. Had to keep the window open to operate air conditioning but then it would be noisy with the window open.

Cons:

They had a portable aircon and to operate the aircon you have to leave the window open to put out the duct which is no brainer since the hot air n flies, mosquitoes and noise keeps coming inside.
A bit rundown apartment n not too clean.
Have to pay additional for car park
It was under repair so no privacy since painters working outside and they keep watching from the window

Not happy since not value for money I paid.

Absolutely loved the views. Easy flow from check-in till check out.
Felt very comfortable and at home.

Cons:

Stains throughout the property.
Black Mould inside and around the outside of the shower unit. Paint peeling and damage to most walls in lounge.
Very pungent smell on arrival almost like old mouldy not cleaned smell very hard to get rid of.
Best to get photos on arrival as proof the damage throughout was there prior to check-in.

I liked the security features and having everything in walking distance. My room was great with everything I needed and comfortable beds.

Pros:

Great location in relation to bus and train stations and right next to the Westfield so many amenities close by. Was perfect for our stay and close enough to city centre too.

Cons:

Strange onion smell in the hallways but other than that the rooms and everything else smelt fine

Way overpriced for a very dingy room.
Pros:

Only positive was that it was close to rainbows end, butterfly creek and the airport which was convenient with young children.

Cons:

Room was pretty filthy, dirty coffee table, walls, sheets.
Couch was completely sunken in with no comfortable place to sit. Only 2 chairs at the dining table in a 3 bedroom apartment.
No bedside tables or any decor at all.
There was a camera right outside one of the bedroom windows…
Parking costs $12 a day to park outside the building.
Paid $600 for two nights which was entirely unreasonable for the quality of the apartment.
Overall really disappointed.
