What appeared to be Black Mold in Shower.

$150 deposit on my credit card was taken at check-in but the reception person said it would be returned in 2 to 3 days. As of today still not returned.

I am appalled at the lack of safety in a 5th floor apartment

Where do I start - being served by a man with no roof above him, paying $12 parking fee, paying $100 security bond with no forewarning, the overpowering smell of cuisine and most importantly of all I was on the 5th floor and my window was open for the exhaust of a portable air conditioner that had to loudly service my 2 bedroom apartment

Pros:

Facility's were fine as this is not my first time staying here have stayed a few times over the yrs why I prefer to come bk just the one hiccup this time with the bond is all that's frustrating

Cons:

I checked out on the 11th June it's now 30th still the deposit I paid hasn't been returned to my acct even though they said it's been released on the 11th June

clean tidy apartment close to Services
Pros:

Very clean. close to Westfield and Manukau train & bus deport. Handy to Motoways. Great view from room

Cons:

Comfortable but extra heating would have been good. Had portable air con unit but heat function was not working

The priority is it meet our needs in terms of location and we were only there for one night.
Pros:

Location but with road works it was a little tricky which is not the facilities fault.

Cons:

The kitchen table and chairs were wobbly so unsafe.
The window whistled & let in a cool draft
TV we needed help to get started and then only 2 channels?????
No electric blanket so a little cool.

Great place to stay with the family. Would stay again.
Pros:

Comfortable. We checked in late (midnight) and no issues. Across from the bus station, Westfield, train etc
