Pros:

Room had a washer/dryer which was extremely useful. Room also had a great range/variety of cooking utensils etc

Cons:

Shower nozzle was broken so could only be used at one height. One of the kitchen drawers was broken so came apart every time it was opened.

The little things make a difference
Pros:

Lots of space and bed was comfortable

Cons:

No plug for sink, lack of cooking equipment ( no chopping board, no sharp knives to cut with) ripped carpet and shower head would not stay still while showering....
The $100 deposit i had to pay in the likely hood of damages was not mentioned at booking nor was paying for open air carparking at $12 /per night.

Disappointing stay with poor WiFi, misleading amenities, and uncomfortable, poorly maintained room
Pros:

Convenient location to the shopping center and it's probably the only convenience i experienced about this place and the receptionist being pretty nice. Even though this is on the low end of budget I still think there's better places for the money.

Cons:

I stayed in room 305.

Apartment is pretty under furnished and gives you really basic furniture and keeps it very minimal.
TV is not a smart TV and can only watch whats on the cable connection.

There are sliding screen doors with frosted glass for the bedrooms which aren't see through but lets a tonne of light in, from lights/tv. These sliding doors also don't even slide that well and difficult to close and open, if you do manage to close it there's not really even a handle to slide it back up to exit.

Personally the worst part of the stay was the Wifi. It is absolutely terrible. constantly cutting out and not maintaining a connection. For a period I could not even get onto youtube/google. Going over the reviews this has been happening for a long time and not sure why this hasn't been addressed. super infuriating.

Disgusting stain on the sofa so I didn't use it as it's been poorly cleaned.

The room listing had heating listed. There was nothing other than a portable AC unit which only blows cold air which I assume is what they also list as "air conditioning". So be prepared to have to use the exhaust pipe out the window while in use! which parking lot can be rowdy :). Reception did let me know I could have asked for a heater if needed. I still think this should be provided without things needing to be said.

I didn't get any of these except for a view facing an office building right next to it which thankfully they keep the blinds down in. View information should be removed from the listing if it isn't accurate to the room so may want to double check.

Great value, but very mediocre ...

The room Was very grubby upon arrival. Bathroom had black hair all thru it, and toothpaste on vanity where it had not been cleaned. There were belongings in the unit who possibly was from previous occupancy.. the tv never worked... . Room was not serviced between days, even though it is advertised as "serviced" appartments.. there was fresh towels provided between nights however... and now it has been 5 days since departure and our bond has not been released, even tho upon departure was told bond would be released. Still chasing that up..

Good location, friendly staff
Pros:

Close to shopping mall, across the road from manukau bus station.
Our towels were replaced daily and rubbish emptied daily.
Feeling of safety and security.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off, and we didn’t know it was for our building.
I ended up ringing reception to find out what was going on, after a good 10-15 minutes, of the siren going off.
He rang me back and told us to evacuate from the building immediately.

On arrival, the admin should be advising of fire evacuation and procedures.

Tres bon sejour
Pros:

Appartements au 8eme etage et à 5 minutes de Westfield, du Mcdo, Rainbow's end. Parking payant 12$ par jour . Le concierge est tres reactif à nos demande. Je vous le recommande
