Pros:

整體住宿環境不錯，客服人員很親切，房間浴缸很大很舒服，蓮蓬頭水壓夠強。早餐簡單好吃。但是房間有些地方清潔需再加強，蓮蓬頭的掛架污垢又黑又厚，洗髮精的壓瓶開口堵塞，浴缸的塞子塞不緊，泡湯的水會一直減少。房間隔音不太好。

不算便宜的價格，卻安排在地下室的房間
櫃檯說其他房間都滿了，需要加價才能安排其他房間

還好透過Hotels.com的協助，馬上就安排到其他不是地下室的房間。

Pros:

兩人房希望可以不要用湯屋做為過夜住宿客的替代房
進房先看到馬桶的感覺蠻奇怪的
四人房很大，但是廁所與泡湯沒有隔開，如果有人泡湯的時候沒有辦法使用洗手間，有點困擾
除此之外空間大小與公共湯設施都不錯

我們住的房型是『枕泉雙人房』，位於地下室採光不好，隔音也很不好，可以很清楚聽到隔壁的聲音。其他房型就不知道是不是也是如此。

一晚近5千的房間太差勁了！與照片差異之大 。晚上我們要9點才入住 ，客房人員帶著我們進去 介紹著說 外面有造景唷 然後窗簾一打開是一堆落葉跟垃圾 那來的造景?早上被抽風機跟瀰漫整間的油煙味弄醒，原來上面的通風口居然是廚房的排煙處；真的很生氣！雖然外觀硬體看來不錯..但這回入住經驗太差，不會再去這家了

Pros:

整體上還不錯。。唯一美中不足的地方是餐點。。晚餐自助餐的模式在菜色方面有小小的失望。。愛吃美食的我。。差點去7-11買泡麵了。。但因路程就作罷啦！
若飯店能有小型商店賣個零食也能解解饞哦！
